The whole family was very happy and satisfied! They had everything from the usual to fresh sashimi and "all you can eat". Nice service and very fresh sushi 👌

Really delicious food and super sweet service, but... You don't give your employees the chance to do an optimal job. There are many customers, and everyone serves everyone, which makes the overview go haywire. A recommendation would be to divide your serving staff so that they have x number of tables they are hosts/hostesses for, and introduce themselves as such, so that the style becomes more personal, the service more geared towards the company and the profit for the individual host is greater. Then two can cross, then one is free, that person knows which co-host he/she has to relieve. That way your guests show up to a service that seems much more focused and concentrated around their tables, and perhaps they then have a better opportunity to oversee the evening's tasks In addition, it would have suited you to have at least one more host on the floor, because they ran faster than was reasonable. Maybe your training is also too poor, ... That said, super delicious food, and really sweet service, who clearly really wanted to do well 🙏🥰

Today we visited Nazomi in St. Kongensgade with high expectations, as the place has received many positive reviews on Google. Unfortunately, the experience did not live up to those expectations at all. The most disappointing part was the completely disengaged service. Not a single smile, no sense of hospitality, and no effort to make guests feel welcome. Everything seemed to run on autopilot. Despite there being only around 12–14 guests in the restaurant, the waiting time was long, and we had to repeatedly call for staff just to get used dishes cleared from the table. Even then, they didn’t clear old plates when serving new dishes. At no point were we asked if everything was okay, how the food tasted, or if we needed anything. Honestly, I get better service at McDonald’s. As for the food, the sashimi and nigiri were far below acceptable. Poorly prepared, with salmon that was soft, almost mushy in texture, and completely lacking in flavor. The tuna tasted odd, and the rice had an overwhelmingly sour flavor. Pickled ginger and wasabi were forgotten and had to be requested separately. The rolls were okay – but that’s where you can easily hide a lot behind sauces and dressings. The best part of the meal was actually their sticks and starters: gyoza, spring rolls, ebi tempura, miso soup, and seaweed salad. The dining space itself was dark and a bit dreary – it had no real vibe or atmosphere. Will we return? Sadly, no. Since Sachi Sushi in Borgergade closed, we’ll have to make the drive to their restaurant in Helsingør instead – the quality there is on a completely different level in every respect.

Had a great experience at Nozomi Sushi! The food was fresh and beautifully presented, the service was attentive and friendly, and the atmosphere was cozy yet modern. Definitely a place I’d come back to — something about it just makes you feel at home. Highly recommend!

Although they are very busy, you don't wait long after ordering and the service is very fast. I also liked the atmosphere, you can go with your loved ones, there are tables for large groups, it is also great for 2 people to go and have a sweet and pleasant dinner. In summary, definitely go, you won't regret it! 💅🏻💖 They give you a tablet and you order how much of which food you want from the tablet. Great! 😻😻✨️✨️

Great food, pretty place, nice staff. Nothing much to complain about. But you should reserve a table at dinner time since it can be very full.
