ONKEL A Vejle

It was our first visit to Uncle A today – a completely random stop, driven by a voracious appetite – and it turned out to be a complete experience. The tasty, highly plated finger food was a real treat for both the eyes and the palate, and every bite was marked by care and quality. The service also deserves high praise; the staff were welcoming, genuinely friendly and made us feel at home immediately. Added to this is the cozy and inviting decor, which creates a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, where you want to stay a little longer. We are already looking forward to our next visit – thank you so much for a wonderful lunch experience!

I visited Onkel A for my birthday and enjoyed their Bubble Brunch – and it was a truly wonderful experience! 🥂 The bubbles were a delicious cava, the brunch board super tasty and beautifully presented. I also got freshly squeezed orange juice and a really good cup of coffee. Cozy atmosphere and friendly, attentive service - I will definitely be back!

It’s been 6 hours since we had brunch there and i am still thinking of the food we had! If this is Danish food, then I am completely sold. Fresh ingredients, leafy greens with variety of nuts, herbs, cheeses, fresh bread, hummus, yoghurt, apples, sweet onions, melons, crunchy grapes… Suuuper nice food and the very same can be said about the service too. We will definitely come back again if we have the chance.

It's a really good place and it tastes amazing.

We are greeted by a smiling and welcoming host as we enter the café. The menu is presented verbally by the same host without offering a menu card, which was refreshingly different. The brunch was delicious and accompanied by a lovely glass of Riesling and non-alcoholic beer recommended by the host. All in all, a lovely experience and worth recommending

Got 3 pieces of open sandwiches for 2 people. And you have to be hungry. High quality and good service. Advantage of booking a table. Several who were turned away at the door
