A Perfect Copenhagen Coffee Stop — Warm Staff, Amazing Drinks, and Great Food! This was our second visit to the Bredgade Original Coffee, and it reminded us why we came back. The waitstaff here are genuinely some of the nicest we’ve met in Copenhagen — warm, attentive, and welcoming in a way that makes the whole experience feel relaxed and personal. All of our drinks were excellent. I had the nitro cold brew, which was smooth and refreshing. Our daughter loved her espresso tonic, and my wife’s London Fog was perfectly balanced and comforting. It’s rare for a café to nail three very different drinks, but they did. The food was just as impressive. My daughter and I shared the prosciutto and stracciatella sandwich, which was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully put together. Adam had the morning combo and enjoyed every part of it. And my wife’s cardamom roll was soft, fragrant, and exactly what you hope for in a Scandinavian pastry. There are plenty of coffee shops in Copenhagen, but this one stands out for its combination of great drinks, delicious food, and truly kind staff. We’ll keep coming back.
