Delicious small and intimate restaurant. Set menu, which tastes ok. But be careful about sharing too much. There were 4 of us, and next to us a table with two and one with three. The size of the portions was not adapted to the number of people, unfortunately. It could be clearly seen in their dishes compared to ours - and not least felt when we left hungry for more. Too bad. After all, not much more is needed to make it a good experience.

Everything was absolutely sublime! The place has a great atmosphere—warm and inviting. The service was flawless: welcoming, friendly, and attentive. The set menu was a wonderful surprise—every dish was incredibly delicious, made with high-quality ingredients and great expertise. The wine list was also well-curated, offering excellent pairings for the meal. And the best part: the prices are very, very reasonable for such amazing quality. I can’t wait to come back!

I had one of the most delightful dinners at Osteria 16. We didn’t have a reservation, but the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. We were seated at a small counter in the back, which turned out to be extremely comfortable, with the staff giving us attentive service throughout. The restaurant offers a fixed-price set menu with several small plates. The portions are well-balanced, so you leave feeling satisfied but not overly full. They also have a great wine list—I paired my meal with an organic orange wine, which was fantastic. One small suggestion: it would be great if they offered pairing recommendations based on the menu. Emil, the owner, was incredibly warm and welcoming, always engaging with guests, explaining the dishes, and sharing great conversations. The restaurant is small but has a great atmosphere, with the kitchen centrality-right positioned, adding to the lively flow of the space. If I had one minor critique, the heating was a bit too warm, and after a few glasses of wine, I found myself needing to step outside to cool down. Slightly lowering the temperature would make the experience even more comfortable. Overall, Osteria 16 is a fantastic spot, conveniently located near the underground. Highly recommend if you’re in Copenhagen!

Maden var virkelig god og betjeningen var god, selvom vi måtte vente på at få det bord vi havde bestilt. Bordene står dog alt for tæt i restauranten og det går ud over oplevelsen.

Das Konzept beruht auf einem 7 Gänge Menü, 6 Antipasti und 1 pastagericht. Man muss am anfang sagen was man nicht möchte bzw nicht essen kann/ will. Ich mag keinen Essig und es hat zu meinem Erstaunen tatsächlich geklappt und hatte alles ohne Dressing bekommen. Was wiederum bedeutet das Essen ist super frisch und wird frisch zubereitet. Essen war top, Portionen gross genug. Preis Leistung für Essen in Kopenhagen sehr gut (480 dkk inklusive Wasser, 1 Glas Wein und 1 digestif). Teuer sind wie immer wie alkoholische Getränke (9 Euro ein Glas Wein). Einzige Abzug besteht darin dass alle Gäste einen Limoncello aufs Haus bekommen haben ausser ich (vermutlich weil ich alleine war) und man Cash nur zahlen konnte wenn man es genau hatte oder Trinkgeld geben wollte weil sie kein Restgeld hatten.
