We had the sharing menu and the food was great - highly recommend this place

Palazzo Diner is a bit “tucked away”, located just across from the Palads cinema, but it’s definitely worth finding. The food is delicious, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. My friend had the fried chicken burger, which was incredibly tasty, and I had the gnocchi with tomato sauce – also really good and full of flavor. It’s not exactly cheap, but honestly, very few places in Copenhagen are anymore. All in all, it’s definitely worth a visit if you’re heading to the movies or just looking for a great meal in the city center. Second visit: Palazzo Diner – Axeltorv, Copenhagen We had a wonderful evening at Palazzo Diner, a cozy and stylish spot with a relaxed atmosphere and friendly service. For starters, I went with the sliced roast beef served with crispy fries. The roast beef was thinly sliced, tender, and flavorful, and the idea of rolling the beef with the fries made it both fun and delicious. The fries are a must-order — perfectly seasoned and topped with cheese, they pair well with any dish on the menu and are great for sharing at the table. Next, I tried their popular Spinach Carbonara. The sauce was mild yet creamy and comforting, coating the pasta beautifully. It’s a lighter and greener twist on the classic, and I really enjoyed it. We also shared their meatballs, which were absolutely fantastic — some of the best I’ve ever had. Juicy, rich in flavor, and served with a lovely tomato sauce, fresh bread, and a creamy ricotta topping — just perfect. For dessert, we ended with a smooth and tasty panna cotta and an affogato — a simple but wonderful combination of vanilla ice cream and espresso, perfect for coffee lovers. Overall, Palazzo Diner is a truly delicious spot — great food, pleasant atmosphere, and attentive staff. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort food with a twist in the heart of Copenhagen.

Great food – everything tasted really good. Service was friendly but painfully slow. Two arancini cannot take 40min, the whole dinner took over an hour to arrive. You should reserve in advance.

Fantastic dinner at Palazzo in Copenhagen! We had the Pasta Club Menu (starter, pasta & dessert) for 199 DKK per person without drinks. Starter was crostini with prosciutto, very tasty. For mains we tried the carbonara with spinach and the pasta of the month – both were excellent, and the carbonara was honestly the best pasta I’ve ever had. Dessert was also great. Highly recommend to reserve in advance, otherwise you probably won’t get a table inside.

The food was quite tasty, and we were satisfied. However, the fries arrived cold. This was also due to the very slow and rather inattentive or poorly coordinated service. We had to wait half an hour for a couple of arancini, and the rest came even later. Other tables were served faster. The tiramisu was too runny and not recommended. The meatballs and grilled broccoli were good. Overall, it was rather expensive for what was offered.

The food was good, but nothing particularly special. The space is nice, but the service is not great (staff barely looks at your face). Overall, the restaurant is only really worth it for the price-quality ratio. Nothing extraordinary, but decent if you’re looking for a simple and affordable meal.

We came here as a group of 8 for a late lunch and had a fantastic experience. Despite arriving at an off-hour, we were warmly welcomed by the staff. The food and dessert was super tasty, but the standout for me was the eggplant parm, though others in our group also enjoyed the beef and fish dishes. The wine selection was also great. Only small suggestion: the focaccia was delicious and paired really well with the dishes, so a slightly larger portion would’ve been ideal. Pricing felt reasonable, especially for Copenhagen. If you're planning to visit during regular meal hours, I’d definitely recommend making a reservation — we noticed a line forming as we were leaving.

Very good, simple food - the portions were huge for the sharing menu! The staff was very friendly, even though it was quite busy. The tables are rather close to each other so sometimes it was hard to talk with each other - but it was just a small inconvenience :)
