Pams African Restaurant Svendborg

We walked in for a late lunch without a reservation, but Pam was able to offer us a “traditional African dish”. I have never tried African dishes before, and this turned out to be one of the best meals we had in Denmark! Although we don’t know the name of the dish. Pam is so welcoming and fun to chat with, and her food totally made our day!

This is a truly authentic African experience with great food and a warm welcome African style. They have a range of dishes with a specialty in West African food. We had the jollof rice and it was very delicious. Pam is from Ghana but from familiar with the cuisines of across the region. Even though we were not in the area area, we drove 70 km to eat with her and she was so understanding and kind. I could definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone.

It was really hot when we arrived, so we were allowed to sit outside in their tiny yard. It was so nice there. And the food was also delicious. Very strong, but it worked 🤪🤣

Really nice experience. Lovely food, wonderful personal service, ok place and very reasonable prices. Would love to come again, highly recommended.

Pam & co were so nice and they made a very exciting dish just like mama africa would have made it.
