We sat inside and ate, the first Saturday of the month The food: delicious! The rice in the sushi was light and not at all sticky but still held together, ingredients were crisp and fresh, Service: staff are constantly looking for someone and keep an eye on whether you need help, their calm approach means that the service is top notch Atmosphere: quiet background music, very clean restaurant and very quiet

Really delicious sushi and good quality for the money! Large selection of both cold and hot dishes. Everything tasted fresh and was beautifully presented. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere in the restaurant was cozy and relaxed. Can definitely be recommended if you are in Aalborg for sushi!

01/07/2025: At Jin Shing you can enjoy yourself with your family, friends or alone. It is an informal cozy place with good food for a fee. Good service, and especially the sweet older lady who walks around among the tables and makes sure things work. You feel welcome here.

11/08/2025: We held my son's confirmation at Weber Grill Academy Aalborg. Everything was perfect and perfect. Service was top notch. Really delicious food. The cooperation between us and Weber's staff ran flawlessly and all guests were happy and deeply impressed with the place, the food and the service. You could clearly feel the good teamwork and the unique energy between all the employees - that was absolutely fantastic! 16/07/2025: Absolutely superb experience.. 🥰🥰 We were there for a company event..😉 The menu was already decided.. Like MasterChef with time until we had to present our dishes.. We had to make an extra portion for the chef and he then judged the food.. Everything had to be cooked on the grill.. Our package included an open bar (beer, water and wine) It had to go fast and at the same time there was also room for laughter.. Tablet with a music service, so the opportunity to put on music yourself.. A huge thumbs up.. Let's see if we can come next year.. 🥰🥰
