21/03/2026: I can only give my warmest recommendations for this restaurant in Svendborg. Even though we live in Næstved, it is a place we happily return to again and again, even for several days in a row when we have been in the area. The food is absolutely fantastic and clearly made with care and good ingredients. The food is made with love, and the Middle Eastern cuisine with authentic Syrian roots is really elevated here. Among other things, we have tried their fattoush, kibbeh, hummus, coleslaw salad and the delicious garlic cream, which goes perfectly with their shawarma with chicken. It is without a doubt one of the best we have had. Their manaish is also worth mentioning and works perfectly as both breakfast and a light lunch. In general, we have not yet experienced anything on the menu that did not meet expectations. The staff is incredibly welcoming and creates a cozy and familiar atmosphere. You feel really welcome, and they are good at helping you choose dishes if you are in doubt. The portions are generous and you really get a lot for your money. The quality exceeds the price and it is clear that everything is made from scratch. If you are considering visiting the place, do it, it is far from your average takeaway and definitely worth a visit.

21/03/2026: We discovered this place during a stay in Svendborg, and it has since become a regular stop every time we are nearby. In fact, it is worth the drive all the way from Næstved. The food really stands out. The flavors are fresh, authentic and full of depth. We have tried several different dishes from the menu, and especially their shawarma with chicken, garlic cream and the various specialties from the Middle Eastern cuisine have made a big impression. Their bread and manaish are also something very special and work perfectly as both a quick bite or a meal in itself. Something that makes the experience extra good is the atmosphere. You are greeted with warmth and genuine friendliness, and it feels more like visiting a family than a classic restaurant. The staff takes the time and is happy to guide you if you are in doubt about what to choose. In addition, the portions are large, you get far more than you pay for. It is not just another place you order food from, but a place where love is put into everything. A place I would recommend without hesitation to anyone who appreciates honest and tasty food.
