The second day of hunting for tonkotsu ramen, this time successful, although in the end I chose the tantanmen version. A broth with a low collagen content, which I personally like, could be more essential. As part of the Papa Menu - fried chicken wings and "young" kimchi.

I think my ramen was some kind of Korean fusion (or maybe it was Korean ramen?). Although I would have preferred the tofu to be cooked, it was actually very delicious and the portion was abundant.

Ramen very well prepared, service quick and friendly. Children get their own chopsticks (easier eating possible) Small restaurant, simply furnished.

Very tasty ramen, the prices are a bit high but it's not a tragedy. In my opinion, the portions should be a bit larger at this price. Nevertheless, the ramen tastes and looks great.

Papa Ramen is a good ramen shop in Copenhagen. The food is good although a little pricier for the value. The broth could have a richer flavour compared to other ramen I have tried in general. Service was friendly and attentive.

Sehr schön gestaltetes Restaurant. Die Ramen waren super lecker und die Toppings sehr frisch. Unsere Bedienung war auch super freundlich?

14/05/2025: Super delicious homemade brunch plate and beautiful decor in the café. Good service and delicious coffee - we will definitely come back if we are in the area again!
07/04/2025: Lovely café where the owner typically makes the food and coffee. The food is presented in an extremely appetizing way. Can recommend the food with avocado and egg. Great recommendation from here!
