The second day of hunting for tonkotsu ramen, this time successful, although in the end I chose the tantanmen version. A broth with a low collagen content, which I personally like, could be more essential. As part of the Papa Menu - fried chicken wings and "young" kimchi.

I think my ramen was some kind of Korean fusion (or maybe it was Korean ramen?). Although I would have preferred the tofu to be cooked, it was actually very delicious and the portion was abundant.

Ramen very well prepared, service quick and friendly. Children get their own chopsticks (easier eating possible) Small restaurant, simply furnished.

25/07/2025: Just what we needed, colorful and great in all shades of brown. A bodega all the way out there on the left 🤩 Punk and metal at the facility, nice people both in front and behind the bar. Toilets are a bit worn out, but the girlfriend says they are clean. We will be back.
26/06/2025: One of the best bars in town will be back soon guys 🫶
