The second day of hunting for tonkotsu ramen, this time successful, although in the end I chose the tantanmen version. A broth with a low collagen content, which I personally like, could be more essential. As part of the Papa Menu - fried chicken wings and "young" kimchi.

I think my ramen was some kind of Korean fusion (or maybe it was Korean ramen?). Although I would have preferred the tofu to be cooked, it was actually very delicious and the portion was abundant.

Ramen very well prepared, service quick and friendly. Children get their own chopsticks (easier eating possible) Small restaurant, simply furnished.

Very tasty ramen, the prices are a bit high but it's not a tragedy. In my opinion, the portions should be a bit larger at this price. Nevertheless, the ramen tastes and looks great.

Urban Camper Hostel & Bar

12/08/2025: Honestly one of the best hostel experiences I've had in a long time. Location was great! Hostel bar was a good mix of travelers and locals! It's super easy to socialize at the bar or just simply recharge by yourself. The staff were atentive, nice, and accomodating. Bathrooms and common areas were kept impeccably clean. Only nitpick is the air conditioning in the tents themselves (or lack there of). It can get quite warm in the summer in a full tent. Also noise can be an issue given the tent format especially on busy weekends. However, ear plugs are provided for free at the reception. Met a lot of cool people and loved exploring the city from this Nørrebro hub. Definitely will be my top recommendation for anyone visiting Copenhagen!

02/07/2025: The ribeye and tiramisu are excellent, but the spaghetti is too salty…I hope it is just a mistake from the chef since this is the only bad part! Price is pretty friendly compared with the restaurant around.
01/07/2025: Boring food and a bit to the tasteless side but the steak was a really good cut and was good. Quite pricey for what is was. Service alright, but the interior was very nice.
