We had a blast at Pauli! Exceptionally nice neighbourhood, casual fine dining. Food quality and taste was outstanding. We did not order the tasting menu and went with starters (sashimi and beef tartare) and mains (squid pasta and pork neck) and oysters as extra instead. Every single dish was outstanding in taste and creativity. We loved the Oysters very much but I can also very much recommend the beef tartare with Oyster emulsion. We were sitting at the kitchen pass and had some nice chats with the great chef while he was finishing the plates for service. Great love to Detail and good explanations of food. Everyone is fluent in English. All in all a top recommendation for Copenhagen!

Nice atmosphere. Easy going but super delicious food. The taste buds are being spoiled

Overall, I didn’t under the hype about this restaurant. Food was decent but there were no standout dishes in the 4 course tasting menu. I know their menu changes so there may be periods where the dishes are better. The sashimi was good but kale lamb was a miss. Also, they count the bread and olive oil as 1/4 items on the 4 course menu. The lemon curd dessert was fantastic. Overall I’d give it a 3.5/5.

In a dormitory neighborhood, a small restaurant where we ate very well. Unique and refined dishes. Friendly staff. The price was in line with Copenhagen and the amount we ate. Definitely worth a try.
