Pauli København

On a 3 week road trip of Denmark and Norway we we did not eat anything finer than the food in this restaurant. The menu is limited so the dishes are focused and creative. Impeccable service, lovely, simple intimate interior close to our hotel. (Moxy Copenhagen) Whats not to love?

Easily on my top-3 Copenhagen restaurants! A modest establishment in Sydhavn with incredible food, wine and service. We had the tasting menu and we were blown away. HIGHLY recommended!

Amazing place, crazy nice tasting menu, definitely recommendable!

Sudhavn has a gem and is this place! I loved the experience at Pauli. The dishes are quite unique, I specially liked the sashimi with radish, seaweed and flat bread starter and the desert. I tend to not have big expectations when it comes to the service in restaurants and businesses in general in Copenhagen but here the service was probably what makes you come back. Attentive, friendly and professional waitresses who seem to enjoy their job and know how to create great experiences for guests. Thanks for the dinner last evening.

Fantastic place. Cool atmosphere and innovative food

Pauli was an incredible dining experience from start to finish, and stands out even among the fierce competition of the Copenhagen dining scene. The dishes were interesting and unique, and the service was truly exceptional. Luka was an amazing host throughout the entire evening and even included several extras for my wife and me (oysters were to die for!). The tasting menu - which changes every two weeks - was phenomenal and is vegetarian friendly. We tried the "Green" and the "Sea and Land" tasting menu along with the Prestige Wine Pairing, and added the beef tartare. The dishes were absolutely delicious and visually stunning. The wines were interesting and complimented the food perfectly. We can't recommend Pauli highly enough! It was one of the best restaurant experiences we've had in a long while.

It's all you want. Good atmosphere, good food. But don't try to get in alone. No reservation ( what is not possible for a single person) . Sorry Pauli, that is a missed chance.
