This grill is simply a must when we are in Denmark. Super tasty, friendly staff and you can sit inside or outside. The price is a bit more expensive, but the portions are also huge.

Really good food, but not their pulled pork burger with coleslaw, way too sweet and too much dressing. But their other dishes are just delicious

Fine French sensations in Skærbæk The first thing that hit my father's finnish French nose was the smell of well-tempered oil at Restaurant Perlen in Skærbæk. At first glance, the menu doesn't look like much, despite a wide range. The Bernaise burger immediately brought dad back to the wide boulevards of Paris - balanced, perfectly flavored with a sense of finish. Despite a menu inspired by the French, there was clear inspiration for the wider Mediterranean area. The only thing missing from the Greek Megaburger was a cold glass of retsina or an uso. The kebab mix gave associations with the bazaars in the narrow streets of Istanbul. The taste was marked by the oriental spices and was prepared authentically. A cuisine that takes up a lot of space in today's modern gastronomy is Mexican. Here, too, the kitchen delivered, with their usual sharp rigor in the Mexican megaburger. The vegetarian menu was potato based and was served with a selection of sauces, topped with Mediterranean salt. In other words, there is a new player on the field when Michelin again visits the southern part of Denmark. Five big stars from here, with the hope that the kitchen retains its outward-looking inspiration, rigor and authenticity.
