Perronen Sønderborg

It's a snack bar at the train station, frequented by many locals. The service was friendly, the food was okay, and the portion was large.

Pleasant burger restaurant, eat in and take away. Nothing fancy but clean and nice. Edit May 9th 2026: Very busy place on saturday around 18:00. I got their gyros plate and it was great.

Very friendly service (the server also spoke German) and fantastic fries! Very tasty and crispy, and a really large portion – enough for two people. They also served nicely toasted rolls for the hot dogs. It was incredibly delicious, highly recommended!

We spent three weeks in Grästen, Denmark, in March. We passed the Perronen snack bar almost every day. Every time, we told ourselves, "We'll go in tomorrow." In fact, we only went to Perronen a few days before we left. What a shame, we missed out! Our food was freshly prepared and delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There were no language problems. Ordering, even online, and paying in Danish kroner or euros—everything was very easy. Thank you, and see you soon!

The food tastes really good and the quality is okay. Unfortunately the staff seemed a bit grumpy and not so welcoming, and there was a lack of smiles in the service. If the service was a little friendlier, the experience would be much better.

Best grill in the whole area! The fries are the best I've ever had, and the burgers and hot dogs are absolutely top-notch. We always stop here when we're on holiday in Denmark. The staff is very, very friendly and speaks German and English. We were there two weeks ago and were thrilled again. We'll definitely be back!
