Pizzeria Luca København

I have been to Pizzeria Luca many times as it’s my favorite pizza spot in Copenhagen. Very cozy restaurant, great atmosphere and the food is DELICIOUS! I know that i always get very good quality. But this time, I was actually quite dissatisfied with the service. We were a table of 10 people and we arrived at 20.30. Food arrived at 21.30 and, even if it was one hour waiting, we knew that the restaurant was full on a Friday night. So we got the drinks and wait a bit. On purpose no one got starters so we could have space for dessert (tiramisu is extremely good). We had our pizzas and then, at 22.30 the waiter came with the bill asking to pay because they were closing. I was really surprised that they didn’t even come 30 minutes before closing asking if we wanted to order something else or if we wanted desserts. They just closed our bill and ask to pay. So I complained, mentioning that they didn’t even ask for desserts and then they offered us a portion of tiramisu that was left from another table (of course it was not eaten). But that was the only dessert for 10 people. So, perhaps, something in the service/timing should be improved to make sure to have customers satisfied, happy and able to try all your delicious food.

After a long journey from Germany to Denmark my lover and I sat down to taste the second most delicious pizza of our lives.

Pizzas were very individual and tasty. Service was lovely and pretty fast. I can only recommend it. (Don't forget to reserve)

Came as the reviews were good. Service seriously let it down. Stuck in the back eventhough I booked and had to get up and ask for everything. Disappointed

Great food and atmosphere! Authentic Italian pizza, one of best in Copenhagen

A very nicely situated Italian pizzeria. Usually overcrowded in the evenings because of that. Taste of the food was nice but something wasn’t right. My personal opinion is that kitchens master is a bit tightfisted. Nevertheless it has a nice ambiance and it is fairly priced.
