I walked into this unassuming cafe on a regular gray and rainy Sunday. I walked out of the rain and cold into a universe of cacao. It has everything I like about cacao without any of the fuss. I had the best cup of ceremonial cacao to date and that’s saying a lot. I’ve been to a gazillion cacao ceremonies and none compare to the one simple and honest cup from Pods of Beans. That’s what I call a true heart opening.

A small, enchanting gem. This cocoa shop feels like a second living room so cozy and inviting that you can relax. The service is incredibly warm and loving! The cocoa? Simply the best I've ever tried! From velvety, creamy texture to deep, rich flavors, every cup is a delight. I was particularly impressed by the vegan alternatives, which are just as delicious. For anyone who needs a little, sweet cocoa break, this place is perfect. Kind regards from Vienna :)

There are many special flavors of chocolate milk worth trying. The boss was very kind and explained various products to us. We felt the boss’s enthusiasm. It’s a very warm and lovely store~

Nice visit. Try the Cacao test board, the one with chilli is my favorite. The owner is nice and so friendly.

07/11/2024: As a Thai tourist travelling with 2 of my friends, we can confirm that this is a true authentic Thai. The food was amazing, the service was brilliant, the owner and her husband were very friendly and talkative. They even gave us some complimentary spring rolls, they were so yummy ! On top of that, the price was very cheap, compares to other restaurants in Copenhagen. We would 100% recommend this hidden gem and support a family run business :)

The price-performance ratio was great. It's also nice that you can determine the level of spiciness yourself. Thank you for the lovely evening!
