We were for communal dining, which is every Thursday from mid-September until the next high season There were local Bornholmers from all over the island, as well as some tourists. A super joint dinner for DKK 95.

Fantastic place with soul and charm both outside and inside, delicious light meals and snacks. Imports organic wines from the South of France and gets the Fairtrade wine delivered with the sailing ship Tres Hombres.

The three smaller dishes we ordered were surprisingly tasty! Perhaps it is the atmosphere that contributes to the good experience.

A very well decorated place with its particular style. The food reminds me of my excellent mother's. The variety of wines they have is great. Its owners make you feel a family atmosphere.

29/10/2024: We two adults had three visits to the property to eat. The dinner, steak with mashed potatoes on a wooden plate, was very tasty. It was the same again on our last visit. We ordered without an appetizer - shrimp cocktail - but still got one with 2 forks. We assumed it was a greeting from the kitchen and ate it up. The steak/puree was delicious again. I then paid for the meal and we got dressed. Suddenly it was pointed out to me that we still had to pay for the shrimp cocktail that we hadn't ordered. It was our last visit to the Goldener Hahn! I do not accept such an approach. Too bad!!!
26/09/2024: Great atmosphere, great food, great beer....I wish this place was in my town, I'd be a regular!
