🇩🇰Radio Michelin recommended restaurant is located near the old radio tower in the Frederiksberg area of ​​Copenhagen. The restaurant was founded by the famous Danish chef Jesper K. Høst in 2010 and quickly attracted attention for its innovative approach to modern Nordic cuisine. The name "Radio" itself is inspired by the location of the restaurant, as it is located near the old radio tower, which echoes the theme of connectivity and communication. Høst focuses on creating a dialogue between local ingredients and seasonal flavors, ensuring that each dish tells a unique story.

Beautiful and delicious 7-course dinner. Skilled waiters. Attentive and well informed.

Too much experimental food, some of the flavors might not have worked well together.

Nice place. The food was quite okay.

Dinner for 2 during "dining week", so probably a little more "commercial" and less qualitative than normal. We took the set menu and chose the wine accompaniment. Overall correct but nothing more. Out of 4 dishes only one presented frank and interesting tastes. The dessert was very basic. The wine pairing was very disappointing. In short, overall not up to what is expected, nor the price (150€/person with wine). The service is friendly and relatively efficient.

The atmosphere, the wine, the creativity of the dishes… loved it all. Service was also excellent.

Radio is a modern restaurant, with a creative menu and a relaxed, informal approach to service. Which fits this type of dining experience perfectly in my opinion. It was one of the best meals we have eaten in this price range (< DKK 1,000). We chose "the big" menu and if you are in doubt, I would recommend you to do the same. I wouldn't have been a single dish apart. They were served at a comfortable pace and our waiter (whose name I can't remember now unfortunately) was friendly and attentive. We would love to come again!

We returned after 12 years and were reminded why we came in the first place. We opted for the 7 course menu and wine pairing. Food was curious and unique, and most importantly delicious. The umami bread was amazing as was the Paratha - Unique Grains - Jerusalem Artichoke. The crab followed, but I didn’t like eating it out of the crab shell. Autumn Dumpling - Kimchi - Garlic was a favorite for both of us, but the highlight was the adventurous dessert Roasted Potatoes - Pear - Fermented Garlic. Sounds off but was a tasty end. Paired well with the sweet wine. I enjoyed the full pairing, but I thought the 2014 Pinot was past its prime.

We come to Radio every time we’re in Copenhagen. Tonight we don’t what we Enjoyed most: the fabulous food, the wine or Maria who made us feel like home yet on holiday. Simple, delicious, fun, creative, yet mind blowing. Every. Time.
