Friendly staff, they even have a cat visiting and they feed her 🫶🏻 I love their miso, tonkotsu, and shoyu ramen, but this time I tried the spicy miso in lvl 0 (so no added spice) and it’s the idea spice kick for me and very enjoyable. The spicy angry uki at lvl 1 is also great, I was told by my friends that it tasted like the original Japanese ramen. The egg is a hit or miss, sadly, but the rest of the dish compensates for it.

Excellent place in Norrebro to eat excellent ramen. Very small and it is not possible to book, get in line because it is worth it! Excellent selection of Japanese and non-Japanese beers. Advised!

The meaty ramen looked delicious, but the vegetarian options were disappointing—boring and overpriced, even by Copenhagen standards. It felt like they simply removed the meat for the vegetarian version without adding anything to make up for it.

five starts is not enough regarding how good the spicy miso is. 3/4 always the best spice level for it ;;)

Good ramen, found the lemon edamame a bit weird but nice 🙌 Nice beer --edit Just never had Lemon edamame, used to spicey and salty style :)

Heerlijke ramen om nog even te eten voor je vlucht. Het wordt vers voor je gemaakt en smaakte goed. Snelle en vriendelijke bediening.

Bien pour boire l'une des bonnes bières Mikeller, Ramen miso moyen, le bouillon n'a pas de goût, les épices à disposition sur les tables permettent de rattraper ça.

Barbussen

10/02/2025: I have used the Barbussen several times privately and for my company. They have always responded quickly, been there on time and their drivers are always super accommodating. I can only recommend the bar bus to others
28/01/2025: I went to a bachelor party this summer where we used the Bar bus as a means of transport, a super cool experience, cool bus with good speakers and cool lights. The driver was nice and accommodating. I have recently been in contact with them about a bus for an upcoming event and there I was met with great friendliness and really good service. I made contact via call, here I was met by a professional woman who answered my questions for UG - she explained how I could most easily book via their self-service on their website and I got a quick email back on my request. I have been extremely satisfied with their way of handling my request and look forward to another trip in one of their cool party buses!! Date of experience: August 17, 2024 + January 2025

23/03/2025: We went to a beer tasting from 3-5pm (Saturday). It was exciting and very varied beers (Pilsner, Weis, Lager, IPA, NIPA, Stout & Sour). Very competent speaker who made it interesting. The equipment is a bit 'tired' though. It's been a long time since it was new - but that's probably part of the concept.
11/03/2025: The upstairs part of the bar is alright. The downstairs one is somewhat small and low, lacking the atmosphere of a bar, and leaning more to how I envision a tavern from the days of yore. Despite it being a beer bar, they almost never have ginger beer 😶
