Ramen to Bíiru København

The quality has dropped drastically in the last few years. I used to enjoy coming here once a week. But now it can be months between my visits.

A Japanese-style ramen shop. Just like in restaurants in Japan, the free water service is a nice touch. There are many different types of ramen, and I ordered the spicy goma ramen and a bottle of beer. Unfortunately, the Japanese beer was out of stock, so I ordered a Japanese-style beer instead (made in Belgium). The noodles lacked a bit of springiness, but the soup was spicy and delicious. The braised cubed pork (so-called “kakuni”) and the soft-boiled soy egg were excellent. Of course, it’s a bit pricey in Copenhagen, but I recommend it if you’re craving ramen

45 minutes for a ramen + self service. Delicious broth though.

It works, it's fun to set up, has limited space and just seems attractive in a quirky way. Hurry up, it fills up quickly, but don't worry, it's also replaced quickly. It certainly seems to be popular in Nørrebro 🙌🏼

Very good call for winter and rainy days. I like the spicy ramen but the spicy level are not really consistent between last time and this time I ordered, but still love it. Chicken karrage and shrimp tempura are nice and juicy.

Very tasty ramen, which you can accompany with a Mikkeller (they have some in pint size, which is not common).

Really good food at a fair price

The goal was tonkotsu ramen, which turned out not to be available. I took miso ramen (3rd level of spiciness) instead. Rich broth, seasoned ingredients. Interesting craft beers to choose from.

Fantastic ramen. A little hectic to order, but the food arrived after a few minutes and was perfect!

Sabroso ramen, la carne estaba muy tierna y los fideos eran agradables y masticables. El servicio al cliente estaba más allá de lo esperado en Nørrebro. Debería visitar!
