Ramen to Bíiru København

We ate Ramen and shrimp furay, both very good, good service and variety of beers available

The food is great. Only thing is the menu can be a bit confusing with the vegetarian and meat spicy miso options called the same. It can cause ordering the wrong thing by mistake.

Good ramen. Comparable to Japanese. Only the cold egg and tofu spoil my experience. But just a little.

Waited about 15 minutes outside to be seated. Small place, quite loud. Took the Miso Ramen + extra egg. Delicious but a bit disappointed with the toppings

Having been to multiple Ramen to Bìiru's in both Denmark and Sweden, I would say this is one of the weakest ones. We had miso and spicy miso ramen to try and the food lacked flavour. It is the first time where the pork belly in miso ramen has been cold and completely flavourless. The noodles were under cooked, so we had to wait until they actually properly soften up in the broth. Spicy miso was better when the meat actually having flavour but the broth in both ramens was lackluster. The service was okay other than the fact that we ordered large beers and got small ones instead. The place has decent seating options. It is a bit of a distance from the Norrebro center area, so plan accordingly. I personally wouldn't make the trip again.

10/10 would recommend to go here. Went here on my vacation in Copenhagen. I am a ramen lover and this is one of the best ramen I have had so far! They have different spice level for some ramen. I asked for quote "AS SPICY AS POSSIBLE" and in other restaurants I get some boring chili powder whatever - but not here! They added Carolina Reaper powder which was mad HOT (they normally do not add that unless specifically asked for) and still so tasty. If you like ramen go here if you like spicy ramen DEFENITLY go here.

Ramen is sub-par compared to what I get in Philadelphia USA, but then again my city has a prominent Asian population and food scene. It was crowded so opted for take-away, but it seems very popular with a younger crowd. Not sure I would go back when I return to the area, but it seems passable for the people who live nearby.

Unassuming, but nice restaurant Spicy ramen was very good. Nice flavour and pork was very tasty If going, keep your eyes open as there wasn’t any signage that was obvious
