Good ramen with friendly service and good price. It’s basically a fast-food restaurant but the seating is cozy and the food yummy!

My visit was honestly a top experience. The ramen was full of flavor, perfectly balanced and clearly made with great respect for the craft – exactly what you hope for when you go for authentic ramen. Special praise must go to the employee Simon Rehne Mathiesen. His work ethic is truly impressive – you can feel the energy, focus and pride he puts into his work. At the same time, he manages to maintain a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere in the restaurant, which makes the whole experience even better. And let's just say it like it is: if Michelin awarded stars for both service, work ethic and style, then Simon would be well on his way to a three-star career. It's rare to see someone work so efficiently and at the same time look so sharp behind the counter. In short: Fantastic food, great atmosphere and a staff that really elevates the experience. I will definitely be back.

It was a cold Monday, but when you're going for ramen, that’s perfectly okay. I stopped by the restaurant, and I must say, it was beautiful, clean, and very well kept. The staff were smiling, which made a great first impression. The ramen tasted fantastic, and it arrived at the table very quickly. I was honestly surprised at how fast the order came, but it was truly delicious. One thing I noticed during my visit was how the staff were smiling, happy, and had great chemistry with each other. It’s nice to see a team that enjoys working together, even during busy periods. The atmosphere was also excellent. They were very efficient and when a table finished, it only took a few minutes before it was cleared and ready for new guests and had a feeling it was a clean restaurant all the time. The only small thing I noticed was the lighting in the restroom, which was a bit too dark. Otherwise, I was very impressed by the clean restaurant. Compliments to the staff. I have visited many ramen places, and I can clearly recommend Ramen to Biiru in Frederiksberg. I will be back another time, that’s for sure.
