went here with some friends and had such a nice time! we ordered some different beers each and ramen which was really good and fun to try! super cozy interior:)

Used to be good... I have been frequenting "Ramen to Biiru" since they opened their first restaurant in Nørrebro years back. I even joined in when they opened in Vesterbro, Østerbro and Frederiksberg, and it was good. But... The last two years or so the quality has clearly fallen, and so has the frequency of my visits. Today I decided to give them another chance, this time in Frederiksber making the safe choice of a Tonkotsu Ramen. Unfortunately the broth was rather weak lacking taste and umami, the ramen uncharacteristically contained sour or fermented cabbage disurbing the taste, and the meat was of low quality. Sure the service was great and it was a nice touch with a frozed glass, but I was there for the ramen, and it was not a success at all.

Delicious Ramen and very quiet place as well as nice staff

I'm no ramen efficienato but i think this place is a bit overrated. The food was rather on the salty side and a bit expensive like everything in Copenhagen.

We had really delicious Ramen here for lunch. Service was super friendly and the Ramen was rich and flavorful. We ordered number three spice level which was just right for us. A little bit of super pleasant heat but not so much that it ruined the bowl. The broth was nice and rich and the meat was good. The ground pepper chicken was, shockingly, phenomenal. You could get a little bit in every bite.

Ramen 10 out of 10. The best I've tried so far. The broath was super flavorful. Meat was extra tender, it was literally melting into our months. They also have Japanese beers which go amazing together with the ramen. Staff was nice and helpful in recommending us the dishes. 😊
