Really a great lunch - we both choose 2 open sandwiches - both the chicken salad and then 1 tartar and 1 plaice fillet. Very good and delicious and good presented. Serviced oriented staff and atmosphere. Good value for the money.

Lowkey underrated, been there once and not again, but really nice waiter and it cost the same as everywhere else. There are also heat lamps, just a little more in a 50 shades of gray aesthetic than what the average Nørrebro resident finds cool

The food was nice enough, not flashy, but ok for the price. The acoustics weren't too good either.
We could not be allowed to have the regular menu card, only the theater menu, even though it was after 19:30, and the theater menu should only apply in the time period 17:00-19:00 (it was stated both on the card and on the website ). And on top of that, we could see that guests who came only 10 minutes after we had just asked for the regular menu, got the regular menu card.
The waiters were friendly and nice, but the customer service was a bit laggy: when we wanted to pay, we went up to the bar, where a waiter who was making drinks said that one of her colleagues would come and serve us shortly . It was fine in and of itself, because she herself was just busy, but it took a long time before another waiter came, and the first waiter did nothing to call for other help, even though we stood and waved for a long time. When another waiter finally came, she was also nice and friendly, but during the service of our payment, she was interrupted twice (once by other guests, and once by a colleague), where in both cases she chose prioritizing the disturbances, rather than serving us, which she was just doing, and it also ended with another waiter coming and completing our payment. She then also left us alone with the card payment machine, from which we could tear off the printed receipt ourselves and leave the place. It leaves us with a generally bad impression of the level of service - not because the waiters were not welcoming, but you should prioritize the guests you are serving instead of jumping back and forth between tasks.
