Among the natural experiences by the North Sea, with the beautiful hills of Hirtshals as a background, we had the pleasure of visiting Restaurant Abstrakt. Here, a young team delivers food at the highest level, with a focus on local ingredients and of course fish. Especially their fish dishes, combined with perfectly matched sauces, created an explosion of taste. #Well done The carefully selected wine matched to the dishes made the evening even more exciting. The service was top class, and the cozy surroundings, combined with the aroma from the kitchen, created a lovely harmony. Make sure you find time to visit the place - you won't regret it!

A perfect evening at Abstrakt in Hirtshals, where a seven-course menu offered one more eminently tasty dish after another. It was the fifth visit to Abstrakt, who have delivered at a high level each time, and who really surpassed themselves again. Abstrakt can compete with the best restaurants in the country.

Great food, wine, service and atmosphere. We look forward to revisiting!

Vi deltog i et bryllup, og det var virkelig en mindeværdig aften. Maden var i topklasse – hver ret var lækker og perfekt tilberedt. Personalet var utrolig servicemindede og sørgede for, at alt forløb glat. Lokalet var smukt pyntet og skabte den helt rette stemning til festen. Alt i alt et vellykket arrangement, som vi nød fuldt ud. Vi kommer helt sikkert gerne igen til fremtidige arrangementer.

It's nice to sit in the Abstract restaurant. The kitchen is open, so you can see what the chefs are doing. The service is nice and very attentive. You can also order a few snacks in advance. These are really highly recommended. Cocktails are also served. A lot of effort is also made for people who don't drink alcohol. Top! We ate the five-course menu. Our son got a nice children's dish à la fish'n'chips. The menu price is really okay and for the four of us the total bill was rather cheap. However, the cost of goods for the individual courses is quite low, but that doesn't detract from the overall experience. Because everything is very tasty, beautifully prepared and sometimes also sophisticated. The home-baked bread was great, the asparagus soup was delicious. The fish in the main course with bread crust was perfectly fried. We were basically very satisfied and the restaurant and its employees would normally have earned five stars. So I strongly recommend it here! Go eat here! But unfortunately I still deduct one star: After every course you ask if everything is OK. Very good, but why do you do that? Maybe because that's how you learned it, as a rhetorical question without expecting an answer? Unfortunately, the pita bread in my wife's kebab was completely burnt black. This affects the taste enormously and is also extremely unhealthy. Your reaction to my complaint? Resignation to slight objections. As a restaurateur, also with many years of experience in German star gastronomy, I recommend that you bring the guest something replacement immediately. Anyway, if the part of the complaint accounts for 50% of the court. This costs you exactly zero crowns, but your guest is happy. Otherwise, a bad aftertaste will remain!
