An exceptional culinary experience! The small dishes all had their own distinctive texture and concentrated flavors. Highly recommended! For lack of descriptive words, I can best refer to the tasting fireworks scene from the movie Ratatouille :-)

If you are in Hirtshals, don't miss out on a 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️experience. Try their juice menu as an alternative to wine. Quite simply a fantastic experience.

My friend Sille works here, and the atmosphere is really great, like a wave on the great ocean, very maritime. Good place if you want a dreamy Tiki Dream.

We were lucky enough to get a gift card for Abstrakt, but it took us almost 2 years from gift to experience. That's far too long compared to the fantastic culinary experience. Very service-oriented and passionate staff, delicious food. We'll be back 👌

Hele vores familie var yderst tilfreds og meget tilpas mæt efter at restaurant Abstrakt havde serveret deres private dinner menu the Evil på 14 serveringer, som tog den 19 årige kok fra junior landsholdet Anders Bidstrup Hansen 4,5 time at anrette og servere for hele familie. En fantastisk venlig og yderst kompetent ung mand, som også forstod at håndtere det livlige 3 årige barnebarns nysgerrighed.
