Delicious vegetable based food. Lovely premises and surroundings and a really pleasant service.

Good and exciting food - but a little more texture contrasts in the dishes would be good. The service could be more attentive. The service was friendly though. The atmosphere was a bit hectic without being crowded.

Ansvar is a restaurant focused on sustainability and organic ingredients. We enjoyed a menu based on fresh seasonal vegetables, thoughtfully prepared and presented. The highlight of our visit was the service from Andrea, who was very attentive and helped us make the most of our experience. If you’re looking for a place in Copenhagen that combines flavor, eco-consciousness, and a pleasant atmosphere, Ansvar is a great choice. 🙌🏻

Have eaten there twice and both times have been a great experience. Textures, tastes, visual expressions and reinterpretations are played with. We have been full both times and it is certainly far from all restaurants that can boast of that. The only minus is that the waiters know a little too little about the wine menu.

Great service, great atmosphere and view and incredibly tasty food. Great juice pairing with the menu. Max made our evening with a wonderful meal! We'll be back!

What a special place! It’s a vegetarian restaurant but very creative and delicious! We are not vegetarians but really enjoyed this experience. You can get meat or fish if you want 👍🏼

Very tasty breakfast, especially the coffee. We enjoyed it very much. And as always in Copenhagen, not necessarily cheap.

If you are looking for an exciting vegetarian food experience, this is a really good offer. Beautiful view, beautiful premises, super service and exciting food in really good flavors.

Restaurant Ansvar sells an amazing story of sustainable food and their menu sounds really exciting. The chef is truly creative in the combinations of flavours but it feels like flavour explosions without balance. Most of the dishes were too intense, too salty or simply overdone. They look beautiful but it does not taste well rounded. The service was exceptional, though. The waiters explained the food enthusiastically and were truly helpful with all our requests.
