Restaurant Aro Odense

Great food in a simple setting, with no formality, at a Michelin restaurant, which I love. The food is amazing and full of flavours. The price is in a good range for what you get. We ordered a 7-course menu with wine pairings, plus a snack and petit fours. The only downside is the Restaurant didn't have much ventilation, so in the summer months in Denmark this year, with temperatures of 35 degrees, it was really hot, which made it uncomfortable to sit inside with no ventilation. I would come again in winter, as I believe it won't be hot and the food is great, so I'm looking forward to it!!

We had a really lovely evening at [Café Name] yesterday. The atmosphere was super cozy – soft lighting, comfortable chairs and that real Danish café vibe. The waiters were friendly and attentive without being intrusive. I had the roast pork with parsley sauce and potatoes – it was perfectly cooked, crispy and juicy, and the sauce was just like mom used to make it (high praise!). My wife had the grilled salmon with seasonal vegetables, and she said it was the best she had eaten in months. The portions were nice, the prices were reasonable, and the wine we were recommended was a perfect match. We left feeling full and happy – we will definitely be back! 5 out of 5 stars 🌟

The best dining experience I've had to date. Supreme cooking and a wine menu that was perfectly matched to the individual dishes. The venue is kept in the original style of the old workshop which helps make Aro something quite unique. A huge recommendation from here.
