We had a fantastic experience. Good atmosphere, pleasant atmosphere and beautiful premises. Service was top notch, served by a professional staff. The food was the best of all, absolutely delicious and beautiful! We will come again!

Very cozy and not least the service is top notch! The food is deliciously prepared. Sandwiches or other a la carte items on the menu last all the way. My best recommendation.

Great welcome and excellent 5-course meal. First time that I haven't seen appetizers and sweets in a gourmet restaurant... too bad! Still a little hungry at the end of the meal despite the 5 courses which is not usual in gastro restaurants. However Ene remains a beautiful address that is worth the detour :)

Really delicious food and a well-mannered waiter who presented food and wine convincingly, and at the same time "down to earth". Together with the beautiful surroundings, it was a perfect evening.

KEEP IT UP great restaurant. We chose one. the experience, to get it all. Each dish had its own flavor (something we think Ros lacked), there were different textures and the ingredients tasted fresh! The dishes with prawns and peas and the new Danish potatoes in particular were absolutely outstanding, closely followed by the fish and asparagus dish. In general, however, the quality of the food and service was top notch, and the price was more than reasonable! The only comment was that we had to ask for more water ourselves and ask if we could have a top-up on wine as one glass should be enough for two dishes, and there was a bit of a wait in between. However, it is really down to the trifles. On the contrary, they were very accommodating and offered alternatives to the coffee that we weren't interested in (something Ros didn't master either). We will HAPPY to visit one. again, and it will be a unique experience every time, to get all the food :-) A new standard has been set for the restaurants in Fredericia!
