The service was okay and the atmosphere was good. However, the food was a bit boring and I probably expected more. Ordered two cocktails which were not very good either and tasted way too much of alcohol. They lacked balance. In terms of price, it is also a bit expensive. I give 4 stars as I think there is room for improvement but a cozy place.

A full restaurant speaks for itself. And we also had a good experience and a lovely evening. Beer from the local Bryghus, which on top of that tasted good. Sweet and friendly staff who looked after us without being intrusive. The meat was cut by some stingy butchers, but we were full and very satisfied.

Really recommended! I have rarely eaten so well. The waitress (Marie) was really friendly and accommodating. I would wish that this restaurant also existed in Germany. I would be a regular customer! Always happy.

No. 1 place to go in Esbjerg if you want to eat good, delicious meat “all you can eat”! Super delicious food in a great rustic wooden ambience! Very good selection at the buffet. From bread, soup, salad to mac'n'cheese, sweet potato fries and over 15 different types of meat. The price is completely okay for the quantity and quality! World class restaurant in Esbjerg!

Simply super, very good food and a lot of choice so there is something for everyone. I can only highly recommend stopping by here

Huge difference from when we last visited the place, which is over half a year ago. Today the food was perfect and they were quick to remove the plates. Huge plus they have got a QR code on the table for ordering extra drinks.

We went for the Monday offer but it was not very clear to us that it was spare ribs only so when we got the bill our expectations were not met as we thought we could take from the whole buffer and had to pay extra. Would have been nice to have that clarified in the beginning. Also the "welcoming" drink was a bit of a disappointment. If we knew that it would just be another drink from the menu for the same price, we would have ordered a beer. Other than that the buffet was a bit hit or miss. Some of the meat selection was very good, but salads just OK.

15/11/2024: An incredible place, everything I expect from a coffee, served by real coffee connoisseurs, they have coffee from Brazil, Mexico etc, you can drink there and talk or buy freshly ground coffee. Really good service, I would like more places like this in Esbjerg ♥️🇩🇰☕

03/11/2024: Great authentic hotel. Everything higgledy-piggledy, but neat. Disadvantage: no private sanitary facilities and difficult stairs. Also no parking. For that you have to walk ten minutes.
14/10/2024: We had our dinner here. A Monday evening, but it was still evident that we needed to book a table. Classical sandwich food, but not quite - the vegetables were still crunchy, nothing had been boiled to death. I ordered my beef red, and that was exactly how I received it. The stereotypical idea of the positives about food in Jutland were reinforced - plentiful portions, gravy that you can cut in slices - but the negative stereotypes were dispelled. Their red wines were delicious, the vegetables were fresh, hardly anything had been deep-fried. The prices were more than reasonable, if you're used to Copenhagen, and the atmosphere was wonderful. Even if you're not going to have your dinner here, stop by for a cup of coffee inside. The place is amazing.
