Delicious food and cozy atmosphere

Incredibly delicious lunch, 3 wonderful courses. Highly recommended.

We were here for a workshop dinner with about 90 people eating. It's a great view, but I think they must have had problems in the kitchen coping with the numbers as everything was delayed in serving or carbs or unevenly. The main disappointment was that the waiting staff felt very cold (not unfriendly or rude, just lacking any warmth and engagement, and seemed tense, which makes me wonder if there were some back of house issues this evening...) and made no effort to engage with us and explain what the food was. (There were no menus on the table, for the set meal). It was just plonked on the table and even when we asked it was hard to get much explanation (and we speak fluent Danish...). Same with the wines. The food get like a bit of a random mix of small dishes, then the main course came two and half hours in to a three hour sitting... Maybe things work better if you are part of a smaller group...

Gemina is a Nordic-inspired dining with a lake side view, behind the Planetarium. You'll find the restaurant at Vesterbro, Copenhagen. Dishes are served with elegance, very hygienic and topnotch taste. I so much enjoyed the desert. The attendants are very kind and friendly.

Lovely evening, good and delicious food, served by friendly staff. Everything worked during our visit, and the atmosphere was cozy - despite the noise. The restaurant is part of the Norrlyst group, and that's a good thing. It at least provides a robust correlation between price and quality. Small cosmetic flaws were not enough to take away whole stars, so overall the experience stands as solid and worth every penny. Note, however, that the menu can change, so you may not necessarily get the menu you bought when ordering. A little more could be done to combat noise, which despite noise panels in the ceiling is a bit too much when there are a lot of people. The staff is accommodating with the wine, and is happy to help with the right solution for the driver who cannot take the full wine menu. Big praise for that. Also praise for the fact that water is ad-libitum at a fixed price per person, instead of per bottle. It's good style and makes the price more reasonable. The kitchen sets an excellent standard that matches the price. One of the dishes lacked a bit of wow-effect, but by no means enough to take away a star. The details have clearly been considered and good ingredients have been used. The overarching theme is that the restaurant is a volume concept where many guests need to come through to keep the economy going with paper-thin margins on the food. That's why you get a lot of food for your money - but not a large selection. You eat the current menu. And if you want to have a good conscience and support the place a little, you can safely make a couple of purchases of both wine and dessert. They actually deserve that. We were happy to come again, and everything went at least as well as the first time. We will definitely be back here a third time; the overall impression is really good. A hit for the price.

Super delicious food, fantastic service, delicious wines. Our 5th visit to Gemini today, the food was excellent as always. But this time the wait was way, way too long.

The food tastes good, but not a great experience The bread lacked salt and no butter was added. It took 40 minutes for us to get the starter, so we asked that when we finally got the main course they should just bring the dessert 10 minutes later because it doesn't get any cozier than sitting and waiting for lunch. The ice cream with mascarpone was really delicious!
