Restaurant Gilleleje Havn Gribskov

Cozy place, staff nice but "forgot" the table asap the food was served. 2 got wiener schnitzel and they get 1 *, thick chewy and not crispy breading with frozen boring peas. Really boring and have had better at a motorway restaurant in Germany. The rest of the food fine. No problem with bringing extra water, got a carafe for 5 people - no refill. So honestly would not recommend the place as a place to eat.

Unfortunately, not a good experience. Some in the group got a menu that lacked both taste and finesse, and it was served in a box that was so big that you could barely eat at the table. Others got Wiener schnitzel that just lacked flavor. You expect food in that price range to be flavorful and live up to the price, but unfortunately that is not the case. The waiters were not very attentive either, and if you made eye contact with a waiter other than the one who had your table, you were just ignored and had to wait.

It was a really good moment at Gilleleje Havn! All the waitresses were welcoming, the outside part of the restaurant allows a quiete nice view on this portuaire city, white eating in a quietly road, delicious fiskeballs. Bathrooms are clean (as in the very most restaurant in Copenhague) Thank you !

This restaurant is an absolute gem. From the moment we walked in, we were enveloped by the warm and inviting ambiance. The service was impeccable—attentive and friendly without being intrusive. The food was simply outstanding. The fresh fish, sourced directly from the local market, was a true highlight and cooked to perfection. Pairing it with a selection from their excellent wine list elevated the meal even further. A must-visit for an exceptional dining experience. Highly recommended!

Great food and very friendly and fast service.

An excellent restaurant. The setting is elegant, the service pleasant and smiling. The food is delicious. The chef knows a thing or two about cooking: remarkable lobsters (caught in the morning) accompanied by a delicate and tasty sauce. Also very good fried fish. Great value for money

Vidunderlig stemning - særligt ved vores gode værtinde, der både er sød, serviceminded og frisk. Hun gav stedet en afslappende atmosfære og bevarede samtidigt den høje klasse. Meget lækker mad - og selvfølgelig tilkøb af det gode Gillelejebrød, hvilket gav oplevelsen et ekstra skær af autenticitet. Kan klart anbefales.
