Restaurant Grand Odense

Great location, with the registry office and various bars and restaurants nearby.

A nice unexpected event! We booked the room an hour before arriving at the hotel, unfortunately our destination was not Odense, but we were pleasantly surprised. Convenient location a few steps from the station. Very kind and smiling staff. Rich, varied and delicious breakfast. As advice, I would pay more attention to the cleanliness of the room, especially under the beds. We were happy and would happily return!

Perfect location, delicious beds, and not least a fantastic restaurant

Nice and central hotel. Their Saturdays with unplugged bands and dinner are a great idea. Very sympathetic as the hotel manager does not sit behind closed doors, but is out on the floor serving with the rest of the team! Good move!

Bathrooms a little dated, but comes with the charm of hotel. Beautiful restaurant and great walking to everything.

Way too much noise from the streets and nearby musical establishment. Even with earplugs I had a hard time distracting myself from the "umchi" of the bass close by. Except from that, which was a one time thing, of all the times I stayed here through the years, I love First Grand Hotel Odense.

It will be nice and more sustainable with double glazed windows. The staff were not very creative or helpful in terms of find a slightly bigger room. No. 241 has a bathroom that is too small. Nice atmosphere in the hotel. Missed good caffe latte for breakfast. The machine was broken... would prefer it to be hand made. Hoping for a better room with a view next time :)

Nice hotel, good service and completely nicely decorated.

I have already given the hotel a five star review on Trip Adviser. Not only were the premises beautiful and comfortable but the friendliness, helpfulness and efficeincy of the staff was exceptional. Everyone went above and beyond to make my stay one of the best ever. I delivered a three day course and nothing was too much trouble to make everthing run smoothly. It was impressive. The food was delicious apart from the excess of salt in some dishes, majking one salad inebible for an English taste. This is my only critism!

Very friendly staff: We got a room at first that was newly painted and we complained about the smell, they transfered us to a better room without any additional cost. The only thing that they could do better is cleaning, it was a bit dusty here and there as well as in need of renovation in most places. I would stay there again.
