Restaurant Grand Odense

A quite charming main building, and you feel the old hotel with a nice breakfast restaurant, a cozy bar and reception... However, I was assigned a room in an adjacent industrial building, which was not quite so charming. They have tried to create the same charm as in the original hotel, but I don't think it works,,, it seems dark and old,,,,just the stairs I send pictures of here from the main building and the industrial building, what a difference. The head pillow was extremely flat, you should have two, there was no light in the shower cubicle, so you couldn't see, no possibility for a cup of morning coffee, An old ugly armchair and an extremely ugly view of the car park. But quite clean and nice with extremely helpful and pleasant staff And the hotel is located in the absolute city center without any real noise, at least not in our room.

Nice, large rooms right in the center. Fantastic breakfast buffet. Unfortunately, there is a lot of noise from the street and the neighboring rooms and we woke up at 4.54 when the sun rose, because there was no possibility to darken the window.

Well located hotel, in a busy area, more so at night, but you couldn't hear anything in the room. Very comfortable, spacious room, with a bathtub. The only thing against it was the heat inside. The sun was shining all day and there was no air conditioning to cool us down a bit. They have bicycles, but they rent them for an extra cost. Breakfast was good.

When we arrived at the beautiful hotel, we were welcomed into a beautiful historic lobby and a welcoming staircase. However, the room was a disappointment, it was a long way to walk, two elevators, and the room was quite mediocre and completely lacks both AC and ventilation. The view towards a parking garage was also not particularly appealing, the computer did not fit in the safe and the water in the bathtub did not drain well. The highlight was a nice armchair. What saves the rating in the end is the amazing breakfast buffet in it when I send the dining room. Next time I will choose a nicer hotel for this fine city.

Virkelig god og veltilberedt mad. God, opmærksom, imødekommende og venlig betjening. Det var kælet for detaljerne. Både maden og omgivelserne. Pricy, men god værdi for pengene
