Restaurant Grand Odense

Great staff, they were always there when you needed them. Looking forward to a new visit when a renovation has been completed or at least the windows has been changed from the current single sheet of glass (a lot of noise from the street below) - please keep the spirit and classical appearance of this nice and old hotel

Very good service and delicious lunch, nice coffee, but the meeting room we were in was less fortunate due to the glass house. The acoustics were very poor. It was difficult for everyone to hear the speakers, despite them trying to speak loudly and slowly. Would have been nice to have a p space in the hotel. Not handicap friendly! Both due to stairs and door steps.

Lovely, neat and clean hotel very centrally located. Sweet, attentive and welcoming staff. Both at the reception and in the breakfast restaurant. The breakfast buffet was really delicious! I think there was a lack of pressure in the shower, but it's an older building and I stayed on the 3rd floor, so that's probably why and nothing that ruined my overall good experience at the hotel. I would choose this again.

Great breakfast and great location.

Really good hotel. The staff was polite and welcoming on the day of arrival. We checked out Express, so we had no contact with the staff there. The breakfast was one of the best we have had at a hotel. There was everything. The location was also central. We were within walking distance of everything we needed to see and experience. If we had to mention one thing that would make the experience 10/10 it would be to have a slightly larger TV in the room. It was very small. We will definitely come again.

The rooms are very small. However, we loved everything else about this hotel and the location.

All in all, a super nice stay that completely met our expectations.

Delicious breakfast, the rest was okay. The shower didn't work, and when we mentioned it at check-out, it was dismissed with, "I'll make a note of it right away".

Beautiful, grand hotel in a perfect location. However, the rooms and bathrooms are definitely outdated. A major modernization of the rooms is desperately needed. In that sense, the price-quality ratio is poor. Too expensive for the service. However, it does have a lot of potential.
