Very outdated rooms, especially the bathroom with peeling plaster on the ceiling. This is unacceptable for the price.

Great stay in a lovely hotel We recently stayed at this hotel and were very satisfied! The hotel is beautiful and is super central - the perfect location for exploring the surrounding area. We were particularly impressed by the breakfast: a huge selection, everything freshly prepared and simply incredibly tasty. The staff in the breakfast area were also incredibly friendly and attentive – typically Danish! As a German, I really love this warm and courteous manner. Our room was also very nice, with a comfortable bed that was great for sleeping. We had a room facing the courtyard, where you could hear the garbage collection or something similar from 5 a.m. onwards. It didn't bother me, but unfortunately it woke my husband up a bit. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we would love to come back!

nice hotel in a good location but the room was slightly worn, you could clearly see that it has been renovated for many years but everything worked as it should and it is clean.

Stayed at this hotel several times over the years. Centrally located for the town and 5 minute walk from the main train station. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is very good with plenty of choice. Rooms can vary in standard depending on which one allocated. Our room on the first floor lacked any storage space (drawers) and the water pressure in the sink was low. That said it is a fine hotel and worth a stay if you intend to visit Odense.

The rooms were very outdated, which made the experience less enjoyable.

Good breakfast, nice room (319) which, however, decreased in number by * as it was located close to the elevator which disturbed one's night's sleep and friendly staff

We lived on the first floor facing the street. There was a layer of glass in the windows, so it was very drafty, and there was a lot of noise from the road/people and the sweeper at 04 in the morning. So there wasn't much sleep. Unfortunately, the room was also run down, lamps did not work and sofa cushions were worn and stained and there was a sewage smell in the room. However, the rest of the hotel surroundings are beautiful and breakfast was really good.

Great hotel stay. Only request that there is a ramp up to the entrance, if heavy luggage is a challenge to carry the luggage up the steps at the hotel main entrance.
