Perfect, exquisite culinary experience.

We dined at HOS Restaurant last night and were absolutely delighted. The food was outstanding – fresh, perfectly balanced in flavor, and beautifully presented. It's clear they place great emphasis on quality and excellent ingredients. The service was attentive, friendly, and warm without being intrusive. The atmosphere was pleasant and relaxed, allowing us to fully enjoy our evening. It was definitely one of the best dining experiences of our stay. We would love to return and wholeheartedly recommend HOS Restaurant!

Should have a Michelin star. Superb food and wine. Great service and nice atmosphere. Had a menu with 3 delicious snacks, two fish dishes and a dessert. And a small extra mini dessert. Two glasses of wine and a beer. 1000 DKk/1500 SEk with today's lousy exchange rate. Worth every penny.

Fantastic evening at restaurant Hos. Delicious food and great atmosphere. Highly recommended. The kitchen is open so you can watch the food being made. Really talented chefs and waiters.

Our wedding day was made all that much more special by the team at HOS. Thank you alot for making our special day that bit more special. The set lunch menu was perfect, all the dishes were presented beautifully and the flavours were spectacular. The service was fun, attentive, and helpful with the menu; with good knowledge of their menu, ingredients, wines and recommendations. Adjustments were made for dietary requirements (non-fish eaters and vegetarians), and these were equally detailed and intentional dishes. We will surely be back ! <3

We went to the restaurant for lunch. The service was very friendly. All the dishes were beautifully presented. For my taste, my main course (fish of the day with vegetables) was too salty (especially the olives). My husband ordered two smørrebrød, which unfortunately weren't served at the same time. He had to wait about 15 to 20 minutes for the second one. All the smørrebrød tasted good.

I was there for lunch and had some of the best open sandwiches I've ever had. The service was also top notch🤝

HOS in Odense gets my clear recommendation. We called on the day and were able to get a table outside a little over an hour after we called. The table was ready when we arrived and we were warmly welcomed by one of the waiters. We were 6 guests that day. 4 of us ordered starfish, one of which ordered gluten-free. The starfish were beautifully presented and extremely tasty. The dish included cod roe, which was a delicious interpretation of the classic starfish. The last two ordered open sandwiches, which were also extremely tasty. If we go to Odense again, there is no doubt where to enjoy lunch.
