Unfortunately, it was a private event... we were immediately delighted.

The coffee and cake were delicious 😋

We both went with the lunch platter. 3 delicious servings depending on the chef's mood.

Reasonably delicious cafe with a good and cozy atmosphere. Unfortunately, a long wait for the food, even though there were only 4 tables occupied when we arrived. The service is really good and skilled. When we had paid, a tour company arrived. Too bad she had to fight alone with the restaurant and the tour company. Boring lunch platter. The salmon was good. The slider bun was dry and boring, the chicken the same. Ham with salad.

A nice reunion with a lovely restaurant. They are known for the sumptuous fish buffet, which is definitely recommended. This time I got a Stjerneskud which was just Yum.

The restaurant is decorated in the most unique maritime surroundings with old fishing boats and lots of history, which gives it a very special atmosphere. You can clearly feel the connection to the sea and the city's proud fishing traditions. The menu offers fresh fish dishes, classic Danish favorites and delicious café dishes, where the ingredients taste fresh and the portions are good. Especially if you like fish, there is a lot to look forward to. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and even when it is busy in the summer period, they do their best to give the guests a good experience. Whether you come for a good lunch, a nice dinner or just want to enjoy a cup of coffee with a view of the harbor environment, Mallemukken is an obvious choice. A cozy place with lots of atmosphere, which fits perfectly into a day of adventures in Thyborøn. Definitely worth a visit!
