Such a nice day spa. Unfortunately, the bath is closed for the winter by the sauna and we couldn't get the steam bath started…..but beautiful beautiful
Fantastic place in the city.
Restaurant was a bit packed but not much too do about it.
Quite cold in the pool area. Could have used more robes / towels
When you are a 5-star hotel and charge DKK 5,000 per night, it requires something special. And that is missing here. The room had several bugs. There were lamps that didn't work, there were holes in the wall paint, the grate in the shower cubicle was loose, and there was a sticky shower curtain. The minibar was not stocked and they did not come and refill our coffee machine with coffee. At the restaurant we got a welcome drink we hadn't ordered, but we were charged for it. It was not ok!
Husbond invited for a date night, and we had a great time.
Really good atmosphere. A bit querky decor, nice seperation between the tables and comfortable sound level.
We got the tasting menu with wine pairing. It tasted fine, was nicely plated at the food was finished of in visual sight.
What made the night perfect was the Greek waitor, Stamatis. He knew the menu well, was very polite and attentive, and just made sure the courses came the right pace leaving us time to just enjoy the evening.
Was a guest at the hotel and wanted to try the restaurant, I'm not sure why all the bad reviews, I thought the food was pretty decent. Our waiter was super nice, we ordered a bunch of dishes to share. I didn't post the fries cause they were quite boring (and all short as if we got the end of a bag with leftover fries, there is room for improvement there). The standouts were the ceviche, salmon, and the dessert.
