Fish fried to perfection, good ingredients and good service, highly recommended.

Were there in October, almost the end of the season. Simple, small menu, but super fresh, delicious fish and a view of the water and harbor. The atmosphere was very simple but that didn't bother us at all. For us it's part of our holiday on Samsø, simply genuine and delicious.

Roast ribeye and fish to perfection, great wine.

The island's best for frying fish, I highly recommend.

I've been coming to Marup with our boat for 5 years and always eat Rödspaette (plaice). The plaice was always fresh and not frozen beforehand, and it was also slowly fried with moderate heat and not prepared in the deep fryer like elsewhere. The plaice tasted first-class, just like mine At home, when we eat our home-caught flatfish. My wife always eats the warm smoked salmon, which, in contrast to the fried salmon, is served lukewarm and is also super tasty. The price is comparable to Germany, very inexpensive by Danish standards.
