Murder is beautiful. Food is so much fun.

An unplanned solo visit to Maven for an early dinner exceeded all expectations. From the genuinely friendly and attentive service, to impeccable interior (inside an old church!) and absolutely delicious food (the compliment bread and butter is to die for). Kudos to the team - I could see they have a good internal culture and truly enjoy working there. One small area of improvement: while the music was nice, the playlist was way too short (~10 songs looped). I didn’t mind because I love Olivia Dean 😁 But it can be tiring and a bit annoying. Nevertheless, adding Maven to the list of my favorite places and will certainly come back!

The ambiance and the food deserve a slightly more elegant dress code. The service was overwhelmingly friendly and, above all, very attentive. The food was perfectly seasoned; in particular, the subtle variations in the sauces gave the dishes their distinctive nuances. For Copenhagen, I found the bill of €125 per person for a four-course menu, including a bottle of red wine, still water, and a 10% tip, more than reasonable for what was offered. I wholeheartedly award it three 5-star ratings. Maven manages to combine a cozy atmosphere with the aspirations of a near-Michelin-starred restaurant.

We went in late without reservation but the staff were very accommodating. The dishes were a good proportion and was very well presented! We would definitely go back again !

2 separate locals recommended this restaurant to us, and we decided to try on our last day in CPH. Ordered 4 course dinner as it was more value for dollar. We really love the ice cream in the dessert

NICE EXPERIENCE, successful lunch, great service and lovely atmosphere

Very friendly staff. It wasn't a problem at all that my partner and I shared different dishes. Very tasty! Luckily, we ignored the recommendation to order 2-3 smørrebrød per person and shared 3... Anything more would have been too much. We'd gladly come again.
