Restaurant Maven København

This was the last restaurant I visited during my stay in Copenhagen. It was incredibly delicious and my favorite dinner of the entire trip. Since I was traveling alone, portion sizes were difficult to manage, and I couldn't try many different dishes, so the course meal was just the right portion size, and the taste was superb.

Beautiful surroundings and a relaxed atmosphere. The food was tasty and the staff provided good service throughout the visit.

Mixed impressions of the restaurant, mainly due to the price-quality ratio... First of all, I would like to point out that it is located in a very special place (in a church) and has an interior that is quite warm and atmospheric, but it also has an exterior that is well-kept. The service we had from Petros was excellent, fast and very friendly, and this was a significant bonus for us in our experience of the visit. As for the food, in terms of taste, everything we ate was definitely at a high level, the dishes were special and very nicely presented, and their taste certainly left us satisfied, however, the quantity of each dish was very small in relation to its price. Especially a main course with pork that we took, the piece of meat that the portion had corresponded to half a pork souvlaki from Greece, which is unacceptable if we take into account the very high price of the dish (about €44). In conclusion, don't make the mistake of going hungry because you won't leave full, unless you're willing to spend 1000 kronor per person... This is of course generally true of Copenhagen restaurants, where VfM is not their strong point.

Loved this gem nestled in the inner city. The servers were so hospitable, and we enjoyed a delicious meal in a very hygge setting.

We’ve been 2 times in our week in CPH and we loved it the 1st time but the 2nd time ruined our memory! Not even the candle was lighted, had to ask many times to be served and the pork was served raw. Wouldn’t really go back but the plaza makes it a nice place to sit outside in the summer time

A delightful restaurant in Copenhagen! We were visiting from Greece so it was such a lovely surprise to discover that our waiter was also from Greece. Petros immediately made us feel at home. He was incredibly friendly and helpful. He recommended some excellent dishes and took great care of us throughout the meal. He made our experience even more special. The candles and soft music was a wonderful touch. We enjoyed our time there and would love to return on a future trip to Copenhagen.

We were here for a wedding. This restaurant is fantastic. They are very friendly to children, the food is incredibly tasty, and when I informed them of my milk allergy, they switched the meal that was ordered for me by the bride long ago to something else without any issue. They handled it effortlessly, and we felt very welcomed and enjoyed our time!

Superb meal in a great outdoor setting, meal was exceptional, new potatoes and peas were superb, oysters great, the people who served us Charing and knowledgable. Heaters kept us snuggly.

Super nice and cosy restaurant. The food took a bit of time to come out but the staff came and apologised and offered coffee after our meal on the house. We had the fish (halibut) which was delicious.
