Restaurant Nögen Vejle

We ordered the New Year's menu for 4 people. We were all very satisfied with the food. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We are looking forward to visiting the restaurant and eating. Big praise from here👌

A great place to fine dine without going broke. Cool concept!

Good concept, service was ok, but you could perhaps wish for a little more professionalism for the price. Many of the dishes tasted good, but there were also a few oddities in between

A truly unforgettable evening in lovely company 6 people, fantastic food and matching wine, great service, everything was perfect 👏👏 We will be back in January - this time 10 people, we are already looking forward to it 😊 Merry Christmas and Happy New Year

Unfortunately, only three stars. The wait times were very long, and the staff seemed overwhelmed by larger groups. The bread basket provided was rather meager for around 15 people, and there were long pauses between courses. The food was good, but it couldn't make up for the wait. The ambiance, however, is very stylish – perhaps a pleasant evening for two when it's quieter.

Dejligt Vejle has a slightly different restaurant, where they focus on quality, an exciting concept where the restaurant decides the food to avoid food waste - You just choose how many dishes you want and they do the rest to make your experience complete. - A big plus is that there are also mocktails for those of us who don't drink alcohol, because that's what you need when you're in a total jazz club inspired place. Kudos for a very stylish look and a really well-executed lounge interior decoration. -I would recommend taking at least 2 hours if you don't want to swallow your food...

The small dishes are nice, but I don't understand why you have to sit and divide them yourself. The place is very dark
