Top experience in Velje. We had a very lovely time. Great food, top concept and a very friendly staff.

Really interesting concept ;) I'll let you experience this for yourself, but had a good time and wonderful food there. Am not a fan of social dining / sharing dishes, but here the concept works really well !

Delightful Vejle has a slightly different restaurant, where they focus a bit on quality, exciting concept where the restaurant decides the food, to avoid food waste - you just choose how many dishes you want and they do the rest - Big plus that they also have mocktails for those of us who don't drink alcohol.. -I would recommend that you take at least 2 hours if you don't want to swallow your food...

Totally surprising food, a true delight for the eyes and taste buds. There were 4 of us and we didn't know what to expect or what to eat. 😀 But it was really delicious. The wine was good, the food and the service top class. Can only recommend from here. Thank you for a great experience 😀

It was truly delicious, and the atmosphere was lovely. The plates were beautifully presented. The chef explained everything at the table, and they spoke excellent English. It was a peaceful setting; I tried things I'd never had before, and each one was more delicious than the last. I highly recommend this!

We had a fantastic evening! Friendly staff and a beautiful interior. At first, they seemed to have forgotten our table, but they completely made up for it later. The food (10 small dishes) was delicious, especially the dessert. We ordered a bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon for drinks, which was also delicious. During our meal, the chef explained all the dishes, and the waitresses poured fresh water on time. All in all, it's definitely worth eating here!

Fantastic food. Inspiring concept of utilizing surplus and expired products, which are transformed into gourmet menus. This combined with a warm staff with a high level of service and narration about the individual dishes provided the basis for a thoroughly wonderful dining experience.

When looking for restaurants in Vejle, there is a preponderance of fries, pizzas and other junk. At Nøgen it is simple and really delicious. Some may know Madklubben, but this is two steps better. Here the focus is not on upselling and it may be a worse business, but it gives a better review. We chose Helt nøgen, there are 10 small dishes served as 3 snacks, 3 starters, 3 main courses and 1 dessert. There is no menu card, as the concept is based on what ingredients are available that day. A good pleasant experience at a fair price.
