Lovely restaurant with a complete concept of delicious food experiences. Varying dishes without a set menu. The chefs prepared 7 delicious dishes in 4 servings for us today with an accompanying juice menu. Competent and skilfully instructed staff with true empathy for the concept.

Truly a worthy place to recommend. Beautiful premises, friendly staff and incredibly delicious food. Cool concept of not knowing what you're getting. Everything tasted fantastic and we almost felt like we were at a Michelin restaurant. And not to forget the price - DKK 369 for 10 dishes that really filled you up, what's not to like🤩 The only minus is that it is only in Vejle and Århus, but I would like to drive at any time to have such a culinary experience again🤩 Thanks for the experience❤️

Nice restaurant, and nice food. The philosophy is no food waste, which means that the menu is composed according to what is delivered on the day, so the menu is not known in advance. We had a 10-course menu, with accompanying wine menu, and every bite was a new experience. We will definitely come again

We got a full Nögen. Lovely and exciting dishes. However, we could have eaten a little more, as we were not completely full. But all in all, a lovely restaurant, exciting and delicious food and a really cozy place.

Really cozy place if you want to rock and go into the city atmosphere. Good service. The food our day did not quite live up to other reviews, a lot of mayo dressings etc.

Fine food at reasonable prices. We got a vegetarian 7 course menu. In terms of quantity, it was plenty - we were well fed. Snacks, appetizer and dessert were really good. The main course was not our thing as it tasted a lot of sea buckthorn. But it can definitely be recommended. We will come again 😊

Holy Moly....😋 Discover this fantastic restaurant where the menu is a surprise. Where the only thing you have to think about is whether you have room for the last flavor bomb in the series of incredibly well-orchestrated mini dishes. They said "If you're still hungry after you finish the main course, let us know!- We'll figure something out!!" But we were already full when we got through the first 4 courses... and had only ordered the small menu with 7 courses - quick... (1½ hours to eat in) The taste was so much at the top that we immediately give a full plate in stars. The staff are well prepared and the chefs who serve the food, with the correct description of the food and content, have a mastery of the craft!! Wow, are we just saying...wow..... We are ready to come back in no time.... ❤️ And the price is ridiculously cheap. If you are considering eating here....read the website....and.... Off with you!!

An exciting concept for limiting food waste. The restaurant is relatively large, but nice, and really good acoustics. The staff is extremely service minded and gives the experience the fifth star. The chefs are really good at getting the best out of leftovers. In the perspective that they mainly get different sorting or things that are about to expire, everything looked very inviting and tasted absolutely fantastic. Definitely worth a visit if you are in Vejle.
