Very nice place with good food and service. Had the 10 course menu which was of very good quality. Also in reasonable sizes so full after dinner. Nice touch also with seasonable menu a lot of locally soursed ingredients.

After all, no one can disagree with the concept of "avoid food waste".
However, you get Inge fresh vegetables or salad.
There is nothing wrong with the food if you like smoked cheese, baked fish and truffle oil.
We got pork neck for main course - not the best cut and a bit on the red side for me,
A bit boring sorbet with blackcurrants for dessert.
A very festive "set up" and the price is absolutely OK.
Vejle is not exactly teeming with good restaurants, if you are into something other than sushi and pizza/pasta - drop by - Definitely a Woke-hit concept.
The young waiters did a fine job and were passionate about the cause. "Chip" them well - they deserve it.
You can choose between 7 and 10 dishes (half or whole) Censoren dishes my island. It's on my credit card, so it's not a bad attempt at being funny.
We bought our own wine, but the next table had chosen the wine menu, and this Thursday the waiter was certainly not stingy when it came to pouring the glasses.
Definitely worth a visit - and an experience🙂👏👏👏

Just a real pleasure every time! We have now visited Nögen in Vejle 3 times. It is always a new experience, as the menu changes on a weekly basis.
You are always positively surprised by the good atmosphere and the many smiling faces you meet.
The service is top notch and the food is a gastronomic highlight!
Whether you want wine, juice or cocktails for your menu, this is also top notch, and the waiters have a complete grasp of what they are talking about.
The restaurant has a focus on sustainability and reducing food waste, by basing the menus on items that others don't necessarily want or that have to be discarded due to appearance. For example by-catch, date product, surplus product, alternative cuts and seasonal produce.
Even if we have to drive all the way from Roskilde to Vejle, we will definitely come again!

SUPER cool concept of using "surplus food".
All dishes were nicely arranged, good presentation of the dishes, and I was impressed by the composition of ingredients which created a wide palette of flavors.
It is DEFINITELY a place I will try again, and the cool thing about the concept is that even if I came again tomorrow, it would most likely be some completely different dishes I would be served
