Restaurant Nögen Vejle

Dejligt Vejle has a slightly different restaurant, where they focus on quality, an exciting concept where the restaurant decides the food to avoid food waste - You just choose how many dishes you want and they do the rest to make your experience complete. - A big plus is that there are also mocktails for those of us who don't drink alcohol, because that's what you need when you're in a total jazz club inspired place. Kudos for a very stylish look and a really well-executed lounge interior decoration. -I would recommend taking at least 2 hours if you don't want to swallow your food...

The small dishes are nice, but I don't understand why you have to sit and divide them yourself. The place is very dark

One of those gems that you are so happy to have found. High level where every dish is elegant and tasty. Really good and honest food and prices that are not intimidating. Should definitely be tried. Staff is unskilled at serving and it drags down a bit even though the staff was super nice.

A lovely experience with 10 servings, all of which were a taste experience beyond the ordinary. Ingredients put together in different variations than you normally see and the whole concept based on combating food waste. There is therefore no creative a la carte menu, but there are the dishes that the chef can make from the products of the day. I will definitely come back and look forward to a new experience.

Great place! The food was good and the service even better🤩🤩🤩. Quite a fair price for 10 dishes, which were well-tasted🌟.

Really interesting concept ;) I'll let you experience this for yourself, but had a good time and wonderful food there. Am not a fan of social dining / sharing dishes, but here the concept works really well !
