Many thanks to Martin and his team for a lovely evening. We couldn't have wished for a better celebration of our silver wedding anniversary. Thanks to the kitchen for the fantastic dinner.

From the first step you take into this fantastic building, you know that something extraordinary awaits, not least culinary. We had the seasonal menu, which consisted of five courses, all but one of the highest class. Both the sense of taste and sight were pampered by polite, knowledgeable and efficient waiters. The only small slip was the cheese dish, which was served like a poor knight with grated cheese. It was not really a bad idea, but the bread was too thick and did not live up to the quality of the cheese. We will come again, and next time I will try the fish dish Sol over Lillebælt, it was served to the table next door, and I can hardly wait. This restaurant is definitely worth a detour.

From the moment we entered the futuristic space (it’s like entering another world – darkness, stars on the ceiling, candlelight and a sense of adventure), we were hooked. The staff was extremely professional, but at the same time warm and present – ​​they remembered our names, preferences and told the stories behind the dishes with passion. The menu (the large tasting menu) was a journey of about 4–5 hours with over 40 small but perfect bites. Highlights for me: The smoked eel with fermented elderflower – pure umami bomb A dish with lamb brain and crispy texture that tasted like something out of a dream (I never thought I would love it!) The iconic “Tongue Kiss” with caviar and a surprise in the mouth – laughter and wow effect all at once The dessert with chocolate, fruit and crunchy elements that just exploded in flavor The wine pairing (we chose the non-alcoholic version this time) was brilliant – lots of complex, seasonal drinks that matched the food perfectly without overpowering it. The atmosphere? Intimate, theatrical and full of surprises – light show, music, scents and even a little “space travel” in the middle of the meal. It didn’t just feel like food, but like a whole experience that touched both the senses and emotions. The price is high (expect around 3000–5000 DKK per person depending on choice), but for a once in a lifetime experience it is totally worth it.
