Cozy restaurant with a view over Esbjerg. Super good service and delicious food.

So, I'll start with the food: the creamy potato soup was delicious, absolutely delicious, and that's almost where it ended. The main course, although well-done just as I wanted, contained a lot of tendons, and the entire rim was covered in lumps of fat or gristle. The fries, sauce, and salad were okay. But what came for dessert was a huge disappointment, and that's mainly why I only got so many stars. The brownies with mango ice cream. The ice cream itself was delicious, but the brownies were hard as a rock… What a shame. The location is beautiful; the restaurant is located in a high-rise building on the top floor. Each table has binoculars, so you can admire the views while waiting for your meal. You can also go out onto the terrace. The staff was very friendly and smiling.

Good food, nice view and really good service.

Disappointed with the food and level of service. Really hoped for a fine dining experience, which the prices and atmosphere imply, but the food just wasn't very good. The starter with scallops especially just tasted off. Considering the price I unfortunately don't feel it's worth it. The service was polite but clearly lacking in training. The atmosphere was nice and the view is amazing. I really hope they improve the service and food, because the view really makes me want to come back.

Phenomenal, very pleasant ambiance. Extremely attentive staff, excellent quality and taste. We had the goat cheese salad, the plaice, the meatballs, and strawberry compote for dessert for the child. Everything was very good. Highly recommended.

Fine dining restaurant. So no big plates. Not inexpensive. True, but worth the price in my experience for 2.5 hours of the probably most spectacular view in town and several courses of well prepared food and drinks. Medium rare fried steak was super delicious. I couldn’t stop eating the french fries with morels in béchamels. The Chardonay (Bellevaux Reserve) and Bordeaux (Chateau Puy-Razac) were pretty much to my liking. The recommended Stauning Smoke (danish whisky) was astoundingly good. Mainly young staff. Very friendly and pleasant.

Wonderful experience - absolutely sublime food! The wine was also top notch and the waiters were sweet.

The decor and colors follow the trend in the building, muted and polished raw. The service was friendly. The breakfast buffet was nothing special. The drinks were nothing special either. The juices were not cold and came straight from cartons. The tea was Pickwick. The coffee was reasonable. Less cool to see an employee take bacon with his fingers and throw it on top of the warm liver pâté. Otherwise, there were utensils ready to take with you. However, there was a dark bread that stood out in taste, really nice. Small toasted sandwiches with ham, cheese spread and a good strong mustard. They melted on the tongue. There was a waffle iron for self-service. They tasted great with whipped vanilla custard and blackcurrant jam. Nice to try because of the view from the 17th floor.

Great food, people and view. The place where I like to both start and end with a good drink at the bar.
