Restaurant Sixtus Middelfart

01/04/2025: Size and quality of rooms vary greatly. Some double rooms are very small, others are very spacious and really nice. The service at the reception and the restaurant is usually very good. When the kitchen is very busy, however, there is a risk that the quality is not as good as it should be / usually is. In my case, the steak was not medium as ordered but very red. I could have just said something - but I couldn't take it then at gradually were becoming many. But everyone who works in a kitchen should know how to fry a steak medium. Location is convenient in relation to traffic, but not super charming.
