Restaurant Sunnyside København

I am putting a 5/5 because I enjoyed so much my time there. I went with one Italian friend and a friend of ours. We ordered a carbonara pasta, a pizza with prosciutto and ruccola and the famous (through the google reviews) lasagna. I loved the carbonara, we were supposed to share and I simply didn’t want to. Mind blowing taste, excellent meat (from a taste perspective). My Italian friend agreed the pasta is super good and mentioned only that could have a bit more salt. The pizza was good, nothing too extraordinary but not bad neither and the lasagna amazing. The service was fast and super friendly also. The atmosphere was lovely - like a quick trip to Italy and in the cold weather of Copenhagen it brought us the warmth and coziness we needed! The definition of hygge that we needed. I will visit again definitely just to have the carbonara!

What’s wonderful establishment. They provide blankets and amazing food. The pizza is great. They forgot or were slow about the second half of our order so they apologized and gave us free drinks while we waited. What amazing service from all!

Very low lights, quiet room. Good food, especially the pizza dough - you can tell there are Italian hands behind it and it's not frozen stuff. The waiter was very friendly and above all very good at languages, he spoke with ease going from English to Italian to French and beyond!!! The prices were not exorbitant considering that it is located in Nyhavn, practically the canals of Copenhagen which is one of the most touristy areas of the city, the water cost a damn (if I'm not mistaken, €12 for two bottles!!), so it's better to drink little! 😂 The pizza however was very good and we were all satisfied, approved!

We went here twice over our time in Copenhagen. Food was delicious and quick. Service was thoughtful and efficient. We ate indoors both times. It’s a little dark, but also nice and quiet. Food tasted fresh and my entire family enjoyed it.

An intimate and clean place with efficient service

I came to this restaurant this summer and, despite the past months, I still have in mind the flavor of your wonderful spaghetti with seafood, if I ever return to the city, I will definitely stop by here.
