Tak til Restaurant Under Lindetræet, for at danne rammen om den perfekte 90 års fødselsdag, lørdag d. 30.11.24. Top service fra personalet, super mad (den bedste And, sovs, og citronfromage, i mit liv), gode taler og samtaler, samt 2 helt fantastiske musikanter, som var med til at skabe en god stemning. Så vi gyngede fra skulder til skulder, og 90 års fødselaren Inga, var i hopla, og bød ud på dansegulvet. Helt sikkert et godt sted i historiske omgivelser, til runde fødselsdage. Hilsen F. Was in there with 4 others, and we all got their set menu, with the adventure "The Apple". Nice atmosphere and really cozy premises, you felt very welcome! I would dare to say they have Odense's best and sweetest waiter, he is an experience in himself. The food was outstanding and there was nothing to complain about, even though there were 3 in the company who had to have the food gluten-free, it was no problem - and yes, you were full. Left with the feeling of a unique food experience in fine dining style, but at the same time it was also very relaxing and the staff were all extremely pleasant. It could just as well have been the room we had been down to - as it was as if we were all a big united nuclear family when we finished. HUGE RECOMMENDATION FROM HERE. Looking forward to tasting their Christmas menu next week.

I am absolutely delighted with our visit to your fantastic restaurant. Great serving, all built around this month's adventure "the apple" from HCA. Raw materials, stories, composition.woaw. Pure aesthetics. Thank you for a fantastic experience for all the senses🙏 PS And then it can also be made gluten-free💪

Cozy place with a good location. Located in a house from the 18th century with classic HCA-inspired decor without being kitsch. Beautiful interior and friendly service. The menu was a good mix of classic Danish but with a touch of modern 'new Nordic food' quality. I once had scallions with prawns and sourdough bread, which tasted fine and was beautifully presented, good balance of flavors because the crispness of the cabbage was well preserved. They don't have that many dishes on the menu, but what they do have is really good quality. The only thing that for me personally dragged it down a bit was that the music was exclusively old American hit tunes - it goes a bit against the general atmosphere of a classic Danish restaurant visit.

Super delicious food in lovely surroundings and with service-minded and polite service. However, must deduct a star from the total due to the slightly too long wait. The service gave us a round of drinks of their own accord as compensation.

Fantastic food, great service and very reasonable prices considering the quality.

Vi har 2 gange været på restauranten i forbindelse med dateaften. Vi har begge gange fået velsmagende mad, og meget venlig betjening. Vinen er ok. Vi har altid hørt meget rosende ord om restauranten, så det var nok svært at leve op til forventningerne. Der er vist også sket ejerskifte undervejs. Lidt mørk restaurant og sidste gang vi var der talte vi 8-10 fluer på loftet bare der hvor vi sad. Det var dog kun en enkelt af dem der blev ved med at genere os. Lidt dyrt i forhold til oplevelsen.
