Great experience. Really good food and served with good wine. The staff are friendly and give a good explanation of the food and the wine served with it.

It was really a good experience at Resumé - the food was well-balanced and the lobster in particular was sublime. But Mikkel also provided exceptional service. Got a mix of wine, juice and beer menu. A really good evening.

A thoroughly fantastic experience with exceptionally good culinary experience and service. Right from the moment we stepped through the door, it exuded a special mix of high quality, aesthetics and coziness. The staff are competent, friendly and service minded. The food is really outstanding also compared to other gourmet restaurants, where Resumé is more original and the quality is just a notch higher. The wine menu was also fantastic and all in all you get more than you pay for. The biggest praises and recommendations from here.

On 19 October 2024, we had a completely unforgettable experience at Resumé in Den Blå Kirke in Svendborg. Wow. It is Michelin level for 1-2 stars. There was not a single fault with the food, wine and service. We have tried Resumé twice before in the Møllergade premises. But the move to Den Blå Kirke elevates the experience many times over. We will definitely come again and gladly make the trip from Copenhagen.

We have only had positive experiences with Resumé. They always provide an excellent service and there is also great passion for both the food and the drinks. For the first time I tried to dive into their juice menu. This was a pure pleasure, and I enjoyed its simple compatibility with the food, complimenting the dishes far better than some places' slightly too experimental approach. Great job!

Vi har den 19. oktober 2024 haft en hel igennem uforglemmelig oplevelse på Resumé i Den Blå Kirke i Svendborg. Wow. Det er Michelin-niveau til 1-2 stjerner. Der var ikke en eneste fejl med mad, vin og betjening. Vi har prøvet Resumé to gange tidligere i Møllergade-lokalerne. Men flytningen til Den Blå Kirke løfter oplevelsen mangefold. Vi kommer helt sikkert igen og kører gerne turen fra København.

Jeg blev noget overrasket over at vi skulle spise i en blå kirke, da jeg ud fra hjemmesiden ikke havde fået dette indtryk. Og jeg må sige at det er indrettet i flotteste stil, og er helt specielt. Hvis man må give bønner til kirken: sæt nogle flere billeder på hjemmesiden, når I har sådan et smukt sted!!! Vi var på en "aften på Resume-menu", og jeg må sige at maden var helt fantastisk. Alt var meget smukt anrettet og så meget indbydende ud. At jeg ikke giver den sidste stjerne skyldes vin/saftmenuerne: Min saftmenu var ikke så kreativ, som man kan gøre det - bl.a. var der "bare" en æblesaft med hyldeblomst og en rabarbersaft. Andre steder har jeg oplevet at det bliver peppet op med f.eks. forskellige urter eller olier, så det savnede jeg. Vinmenuen (den klassiske) var OK, men heller ikke mere. Personalet var meget opmærksomme og professionelle - så alt i alt en dejlig aften.
