Rib House Helsingør

Rib House is a place we have returned to several times. The atmosphere is relaxed and cozy, and the food is always tasty and satisfying. The barbecue buffet surprises every time with variety and small new details, so it never feels the same. The selection is good, and there is a clear focus on quality. The desserts are also worth mentioning - even a simple ice cream is served invitingly and tastes really good. The price-quality ratio is really good, and the service contributes to a pleasant overall experience. An obvious place to eat if you want good food in an informal setting. We can highly recommend it.

Yesterday, Saturday, November 22nd, we had booked a table at Cafe Kaiser - Stengade 35, 3000 Helsingør for roast pork ad libitum. When we arrived, you could hear the noise from the people sitting inside Cafe Kaiser, right off the street. It looked like an uncontrolled children's party 😳😱🥵 We thought no, we won't, but I then went in to see if we could stand it because we were hungry and had been waiting all day to visit the place for the first time. But NO, it was a terrible noise and very unpleasant. I went up and told them at the bar that We had booked the table, but they had to cancel our reservation because the noise was so terrible. So we left disappointed and hungry... When we left disappointed and hungry, we passed Rib House... You could see that there were quite a few people too, so I'm a small 2-person table by the window. We went and read their menu sign on the street, then we walked a little further, then we went back and read more. We did that 3 times, we were freezing, hungry, disappointed and just plain bad. I thought, wow, it's probably like Jensen's Steakhouse, and it's just bad.. We went in and asked if they had a table for 2.. They did.. We weren't seated by the window, we were seated at the coziest place! We were directed to the coziest place, a small half 'glass box' There were quite a few young people working there, the service was absolutely top notch!✨👍🏽🫱🏽‍🫲🏾👍🏽✨ Cute young smiling people who were totally spot on! We got an order slip, and ordered our food, side dishes, told what the meat should be fried in, how the meat should be fried. Again I thought, oh no, Jensen's steak house again. Next to us were 4 adults with children, the smallest little one a 2 year old girl, she was very disruptive, she was noisy and screamed a lot 🫨🤫 The parents let the girl run around, so they ran after her, so it was very disruptive. Which unfortunately took a lot of the fun out of it 🫨🤯 Then our food came.. I have to bow in the dust!✨🙌🏽✨ The food was simply SO delicious!✨🥩🧈✨ Super delicious mushroom sauce, delicious meat, delicious garlic butter! Boring fries, I must add. If you ignore the child, the whole experience was absolutely fantastic! After we had eaten, we ordered take-your-own ice cream, which was soft ice cream ✨🍦 ✨ Again, it was a super delicious quality soft ice cream that tasted heavenly!✨🍦✨ There were a lot of accessories, lots of liquid chocolates, ALSO white chocolate DELICIOUS! ✨😋 ✨ There were also different sprinkles you could put on. The only two things I regret are that I didn't take a picture of our food but I really thought Jensen's steakhouse, and when we started eating, we just enjoyed it.. The other regret is that we hadn't been to Rib House before.. So thank you to Café Kaiser for having a monkey party without equal, because otherwise we wouldn't have gone to Rib House.. Thank you to the sweet and very talented staff at Rib House and Thank you to the chefs at Rib House - We'll be back!✨🙏🏽✨ They have a partnership with the elderly care/membership card/discounts. The only minus is that they don't accept senior citizens/membership cards/discounts because it's the weekend. I found that very strange, and it's a huge MINUS!

Fantastic cozy place in central Helsingör. They had a salad buffet that I have never seen before with everything you can imagine including dolma. We had ribs of course and they were among the best I have eaten in many years. Definitely recommended.

Was invited to eat here on a normal weekday. Chose from the menu spare ribs accompanied by a baked potato. After a short wait, received a nice portion that I was just able to eat. Absolutely delicious and tasty. Prepared according to the rules of the art. Have known this chain and visited it regularly over the years. The menu is clear and does not pretend to be more than it is. Just simple and good. This time did not reach either the dessert or the salad buffet. It is also good. Can definitely be recommended as a good dining house.
