Loved my drink and the waitress was so nice. Loved the music and the cozy leather chairs.

Good atmosphere and service. Very small drinks for the high price with huge ice cubes that takes 80% of space in glass.

I'm far from a seasoned globetrotter, but I've had the good fortune of visiting some incredible bars, including Death and Co, Darkside, and Jerry Thomas Project. These places are known for their skilled bartenders and superb cocktails. Yet, every time I pass through Copenhagen, no matter how jet-lagged I am — like tonight — I always make it a point to visit Ruby’s. The reason? Eddie, whose craftsmanship shines through in his creation, “No Whiskey for Breakfast.” It’s a drink I never would have tried if not for Olivia’s gentle suggestion to venture beyond my usual Sazerac. Thanks to both of them for bringing a bit of brightness to a city that sometimes lacks sun in the cold winter months.
