I got the 7 course tasting menu and it was a great opportunity to try their menu

Super cozy restaurant with amazing staff. By far our favorite restaurant in Copenhagen. We did the tasting menu and were so happy we did. You will not leave hungry. Everything was so fresh and I loved that they explain every dish they presented. I will definitely be back.

Decent restaurant with a warm homey vibe. The food was good but the servings were small (not in a gourmet fancy way). Service was mostly okay, but they charged us €15 for water that we didn't ask for and they didn't tell us wasn't free. They just gave us chilled tap water and kept refilling it so we thought it was free since we never asked. I know that water isn't usually free in European restaurants, but they didn't have water on the menu so we should at least be told that it isn't free or asked if we want it before serving and refilling it. I'd say it's a tourist trap because it was right across from our hotel, but it seemed like mostly locals in there. Maybe they just do that for tourists, I don't know.

An excellent experience with talented Italians who honor Italy with their sacrifices abroad.

Amazing food, especially the stracciatella and tiramisu. Staff was very friendly and accommodating to our group of 10.

As others have said, great pasta, open kitchen vibes, but not as comfortable seating/service wise. That would not prevent me from visiting again!

Menú degustación que me pareció tan bueno. Los anfitriones describieron cada curso, de dónde en Italia era, etc para ser honesto nunca habría pedido lo que teníamos, así que fue genial tener la oportunidad de probar algunos platos muy diferentes de toda Italia acompañados de un buen vino. Los anfitriones eran todos italianos y nos lo recomendó un italiano que vive en Copenhague. He visto algunas críticas negativas basadas en la relación calidad-precio, sin embargo no tuve quejas, pensé que era una excelente relación calidad-precio. Solo hay que tener en cuenta que el vino es caro en Dinamarca. Otra recomendación definitiva y sobre todo el menú degustación.

Visitar Rufino Osteria en Copenhague fue como entrar en un acogedor rincón italiano, justo en el corazón de la ciudad. Tuve el placer de cenar con un antiguo colega, y optamos por el menú degustación, que prometía un delicioso viaje culinario. Sentados en sillas altas en el bar, nos dieron un trato íntimo y personal que realmente elevó la experiencia. El personal fue atento, haciéndonos sentir como huéspedes apreciados durante toda la noche. El menú degustación fue una celebración de auténticos sabores italianos con un sutil toque danés. Desde la cremosa Stracciatella con verduras de temporada hasta la abundante Ribollita y Merluzzo, cada plato fue elaborado con cuidado. La Polpette alla Bolognese fue un guiño reconfortante a la cocina italiana clásica, mientras que el Tiramisú al Gianduia completó la comida con una floritura dulce. El maridaje de vinos fue cuidadosamente curado, con un interesante Pet italiano - Nat, un rosado natural de Italia y un vino tinto natural de Francia. Si bien complementaron bien la comida, no alcanzaron las alturas de ser extraordinarios. Sin embargo, el Limoncello servido con postre fue una sorpresa encantadora, y el vaso extra de cortesía y una pequeña grappa fueron un toque generoso. En términos de la escena gastronómica de Copenhague, Rufino Osteria ofrece una muy buena comida, equilibrando precio, calidad y ambiente. No es un lugar de pretensiones elegantes, sino más bien un lugar donde se puede disfrutar de auténticos sabores italianos en un entorno relajado. Si bien es posible que no me apresure a regresar de inmediato, sin duda es un lugar que consideraría volver a visitar por su cálido servicio y su sólida oferta culinaria.
