Rufino Osteria København

The service was very nice. For dining this was not the best place for me as a vegan. I was a bit surprised by this, as other Italian restaurants have always managed to surprise me with a delicious dish. I mean, Italians are good with veggies and beans too, not just pasta! At Rufino I got a pasta dish with salty tomato sauce, which was OK. The wine however, was marvellous!

Cozy atmosphere, unfortunately the service was not very good, no one asked for more drinks, the man sat without a drink after two small dishes until we left, no questions about the food tasted good. We tried the tasting menu, good food, not wow but ok. One of the staff was really good and presented the food in a professional way, the others could have shown a little more interest.

Been here twice now. Excellent food and service! Probably one of the best places in Copenhagen for a good Italian food experience. The ingredients, taste and texture are all of high quality. Also, an interesting ambience and aesthetic, which is cosy and best for socialising.

Last night we had dinner at Rufino Osteria and from the first moment the place seemed to reflect the Italian spirit. Little things that unfortunately penalized the experience a bit were: the wait and the little contact with the customer. As Italian restaurateurs who have lived in Denmark for a long time we would have expected a warmer and more welcoming atmosphere. Unfortunately not even seeing many employees eating in the kitchen in full view or seeing a basil plant with soil and roots placed on the same pass where the plating takes place contributed. On the other hand we will be happy to return for the quality and the good dishes offered, including the very tasty pasta! It was ultimately a pleasure to have eaten well, remembering the flavors of home!

Amazing service and delicious food. Highly recommended.

Food was incredible but the service let this place down. Waitress was pretty rude and we had to wait about 15 minutes to finally get asked if we wanted the bill / anything else. We must say though the food was amazing especially the tortellini.

Ordered the tasting menu which was very tasty.

Menú degustación que me pareció tan bueno. Los anfitriones describieron cada curso, de dónde en Italia era, etc para ser honesto nunca habría pedido lo que teníamos, así que fue genial tener la oportunidad de probar algunos platos muy diferentes de toda Italia acompañados de un buen vino. Los anfitriones eran todos italianos y nos lo recomendó un italiano que vive en Copenhague. He visto algunas críticas negativas basadas en la relación calidad-precio, sin embargo no tuve quejas, pensé que era una excelente relación calidad-precio. Solo hay que tener en cuenta que el vino es caro en Dinamarca. Otra recomendación definitiva y sobre todo el menú degustación.

Visitar Rufino Osteria en Copenhague fue como entrar en un acogedor rincón italiano, justo en el corazón de la ciudad. Tuve el placer de cenar con un antiguo colega, y optamos por el menú degustación, que prometía un delicioso viaje culinario. Sentados en sillas altas en el bar, nos dieron un trato íntimo y personal que realmente elevó la experiencia. El personal fue atento, haciéndonos sentir como huéspedes apreciados durante toda la noche. El menú degustación fue una celebración de auténticos sabores italianos con un sutil toque danés. Desde la cremosa Stracciatella con verduras de temporada hasta la abundante Ribollita y Merluzzo, cada plato fue elaborado con cuidado. La Polpette alla Bolognese fue un guiño reconfortante a la cocina italiana clásica, mientras que el Tiramisú al Gianduia completó la comida con una floritura dulce. El maridaje de vinos fue cuidadosamente curado, con un interesante Pet italiano - Nat, un rosado natural de Italia y un vino tinto natural de Francia. Si bien complementaron bien la comida, no alcanzaron las alturas de ser extraordinarios. Sin embargo, el Limoncello servido con postre fue una sorpresa encantadora, y el vaso extra de cortesía y una pequeña grappa fueron un toque generoso. En términos de la escena gastronómica de Copenhague, Rufino Osteria ofrece una muy buena comida, equilibrando precio, calidad y ambiente. No es un lugar de pretensiones elegantes, sino más bien un lugar donde se puede disfrutar de auténticos sabores italianos en un entorno relajado. Si bien es posible que no me apresure a regresar de inmediato, sin duda es un lugar que consideraría volver a visitar por su cálido servicio y su sólida oferta culinaria.
