For Danish summer it just do not get much better.

The place with the good reviews. If you want to keep the many stars, there are things that need to be corrected. The food was okay. The service showed that it was untrained serving staff who had difficulty keeping an overview. 2 hours waiting time for the main course is simply not good enough. In general, it was difficult for the staff to find their way around the tables and who should have what. Towel paper is not worthy of a hotel in that class. Thin cheap pieces of paper close to quality 0. Toilet paper of the same quality as the cheap one from Netto - it must be done better. When an event is built around a single seating ml. 1200 and 1700 it is not ok to suddenly cover up for an extra seating in the middle of the mess on Tuesday in week 29. The quality is decreasing year by year at the moment - I hope it goes the other way in the future, otherwise there are other beach hotels in Denmark that do significantly better.

We were at a wedding at Ruth's and everything was under control. Brilliant place! But it also costs afterwards.

Generally good service, just need to keep going all the way back to be able to get top marks. And this evening it was the staff in the bar who did not live up to the otherwise high standard. Breakfast and dinner top! Rooms nice and tidy but definitely on the small side compared to the price. The charm is what lifts things up.
