North Zealand's best shawarma! No discussion :).

I've known this place for about 3 years now, and will probably come for several more years because of their always good take away. If I have to say what's a downside to this place, it's that in the last few years there has been a huge increase in people compared to what it was just 3 years ago. The place has always been popular etc. but it has really exploded! If you want to avoid queues, then you shouldn't visit this place, as there is almost always a queue, regardless of whether you come at 10 am or 9:30 pm, there is almost always someone. Besides that, it's also not exactly cheap anymore compared to what it used to be, but that's how it has become in most places. They also recently moved their location here so they've moved inside instead of in the past where you stood in front of their window. Personally, I think it was cozier in the past, but okay, then you don't have to freeze in the winter when you stand there for half an hour waiting.

One thing I say to anyone reading the reviews, “Stop scrolling just go before the queue starts!” 😂 The food here is excellent and definitely not overrated! Low price yet superb quality 💯 No photo - you all know what kebab and shawarma look like anyway!

Edited from 5 to 4 stars in April 2025. Seems like Sahans has become a bit too popular, which means that both the prices and the queues have gone up a bit too much for my taste. The food is still good, but now I prefer getting my kebabs elsewhere. 2021: Great food for a decent price, served by friendly staff. There are plenty of different options to chose from (chicken / kebab / shawarma / falafel) and different sizes (pita / durum / plate). The kebab place is open long hours and also on holidays. Highly recommended for a quick meal on the go.
