Salino Jammerbugt

Last Thursday, to round off our holiday in Blokhus, Denmark, we had dinner at Salino. We thoroughly enjoyed it; a cheerful waiter made sure you were immediately comfortable at Salino. The food is excellent; my girlfriend and I each had the same starter, the Carpaccio, which was delicious. For our main course, she had the Pasta al Salmone (pasta with salmon), and I ordered the Filetto de Pepe (beef cooked in cognac, among other things). Both dishes were superb, truly delicious. We had a nice beer with it, and my girlfriend had a wonderful Pino Grigio. For dessert, she had the Semifreddo, and I had coffee with Baileys (and then just had another round). We had a wonderful time, and we were very happy with the food. A truly wonderful experience. If you're in Blokhus, definitely stop by Salino!

Very friendly and attentive service. The restaurant's ambiance is authentic; you almost feel like you're in Italy. 😉 The pizzas were large, the crusts were slightly crispy, and the toppings were well-filled, with plenty of cheese. 😋

I would love to give it 6 stars for the food alone! It was absolutely delicious and definitely worth the price!

A very pleasant and atmospheric restaurant with friendly service. But the most important thing is, of course, the food. It was, in a word, excellent. We only chose an appetizer, but if we have time, we will definitely go back.

We ordered a Pizza Burrata and Pasta dish with beef tenderloin and 2 large Pepsi Max. The pizza was a bit of a fusion between Neapolitan and Roman pizza. The edges were airy, but not as airy as Neapolitan and the bottom was crispy, as a Roman pizza should be. The Parma ham was good, flavorful pesto and a delicious burrata. Although the pizza probably does not meet Italian guidelines, it tasted good and was delicious. The pasta dish was deliciously creamy with delicious mushrooms and delicious beef tenderloin, which was medium-rare. The only minus, which is a big one when it is a pasta dish at an Italian restaurant - the pasta was ordinary penne like from a supermarket. Should perhaps be homemade or better quality for 245 kr. The service was quiet, did not do much - a bit on the impersonal side, but there were also many guests. Nice to sit outside.

Had a fantastic experience at Salino. Despite being busy, the staff was quick and always smiling. The food was top notch as always. Even the weather was 5 stars🤩

Everything was great, always happy to come back

Italian restaurant with mainly pizza and pasta. Tried several of the items on the menu and everything seems to be of a decent standard. Probably won't get any Michelin stars anytime soon, but perfectly decent "family holiday" standard.

After a really bad experience at the ice cream parlor by the water, we tried to find a place that could cook us some food. The staff was super nice, very accommodating and service-minded. And super good food
