What an experience! I can't remember the last time I ate and drank so well. Excellent food (and I was full - that's a rarity in a restaurant nowadays). And fantastic wines. Absolutely a super place that I recommend and must visit again.

Nice place with good service and food that lacks nothing. Oysters can be recommended as well as Delfinen. Many suitable meeting rooms for private companies.

Nok en fantastisk opplevelse hos Salon! Denne gangen ble det en tasting meny bestående av 9 forskjellige høydepunkter! Alt fra østers, tunfisk, kamskjell, pasta og ikke minst rødgrød! En herlig opplevelse med gos service, fine viner og deilig matopplevelser! Anbefales virkelig!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Salon restaurant in Copenhagen, and while the experience was excellent in many ways, it came with a hefty price tag. The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who knew the menu inside and out. The wine list was also impressive, with a wide selection of high-quality options. However, the prices were steep - very steep. The dishes were expertly prepared and presented, but the cost was hard to justify. I understand that high-end restaurants come with a higher price tag, but Salon took it to another level. If you're looking for a special occasion splurge and budget is no concern, Salon is definitely worth a visit. The atmosphere is upscale and sophisticated, and the food is truly exceptional. But if you're on a tighter budget, you may want to consider other options.
