Søborg Hjørring

The food was excellent. The service was not so good. You get 3 stars because the waiters were friendly and helpful. After we finished eating, we waited for a waiter to either offer dessert or a bill, but no one ever came to check on us or ask if everything was okay. We felt ignored. We had to go inside to the counter to ask for the bill. The atmosphere was okay. It would have been nice with a cozier atmosphere, candles, better chairs, a tablecloth on the table.. etc. There are not enough toilets at all for the number of people that there is room for in Søborg.

We spontaneously stopped in on a beautiful day and sat on the terrace for a light meal. The service was quick and friendly. Our dog was given water. The food was tasty, and the portion size was just right.

I enjoyed the tenderloin with pepper sauce. Quick service and friendly staff.

Delicious food, good atmosphere and good waiters

We ordered 3 different steaks, cooked differently and with different toppings. Everything came at the same time and was perfect. Super service from skilled, sweet and extremely competent waiters who, even though they were busy, had the energy and went to work in high spirits. Super lovely evening.

Lunch on June 29, 2026: Parisian beef (minced Black Angus beef with onions, beetroot, capers, horseradish, and egg yolk). The beef was large and thick, served on a slice of toast. Of course, we each had a 0.4-liter beer with it. The service was very nice, friendly, and quick. This was our second visit. Highly recommended restaurant.

We came here for a beer. We got hungry and ordered tomato mozzarella as a main course and an entrecote. We were surprised by the small portion of tomato mozzarella. But that was cleared up when we got the bill. The waiter had apparently misunderstood us and charged us for an appetizer. My steak was delicious and cooked perfectly. The side dishes were also fine.

Super friendly staff, we were recognized right away. Well, if you come to Lökken five times a year and keep coming back, that's no wonder. It's always a wonderful place to stop and stay. Great food: fish, beef steak, burgers, and vegetarian options. But last night was a real treat: a suckling pig buffet with tons of delicious food, various salads, and to top it all off, ice cream galore! I can highly recommend it, and I'm already looking forward to the harvest festival in autumn, when I'll be back again. Oh, just a quick side note: I've been coming here four or five times a year since 2015, so I'm a very experienced Lökken vacationer.

The steaks and burger were delicious. The fries were homemade. The appetizers and desserts were also very good. The service was friendly, and we had a lovely table by the window. We had specified this when making the reservation, and everything worked out perfectly.

We had a super delicious meal, and the service was friendly.
