Scandic Kolding Kolding

Decent hotel a short distance from the center of Kolding. Standard room. Super food in the restaurant. Perhaps the best burger & fries I've tasted in a long time.

We spent two nights here, two adults and 4 children, in connection with visiting Legoland. Very nice staff, and we appreciated both the food at the restaurant when we chose to have dinner at the hotel, and the breakfast was very good. We really appreciated the "playroom" in the basement where we played table tennis and air hockey both evenings. Kolding was a nice little town that we would love to visit again, and would love to live here again.

I recommend the hotel, very good conditions, clean, very nice service, especially in the restaurant, the food is very good, a large selection, I haven't had such a good breakfast with such a selection for a long time, and the coffee... the best in the world!

Best business hotel in the area serving the various offices. Large breakfast hall and conference halls.

The hotel is close to the motorway and very easy to find. There are parking spaces outside where you have to register your car at the reception which is open for two days. You will meet welcoming and smiling staff at the reception. As you are handed your key and then go to your room. The rooms can be decorated slightly differently. But have more or less installed the same bathroom and the beds are either a double bed or two joined beds or two single beds. Some rooms are installed to make you stand out super smart if you are a family with children The bathroom has a bath, toilet and sink, hand soap, shampoo conditioner. The only bad thing I have to say is the water pressure in the shower is not very hard compared to if you have thick hair. can it be a bit of a challenge to have to wash the soap out of one's hair and it just takes a little longer with a bath. In the morning there is the most delicious breakfast buffet, which is divided into several islands where you can stand and prepare your breakfast. There is a coffee area. Hot table area fruit. Bread. Then there is an area where you can make your own pancakes.

The room was overall ok, the only minus was the bathroom, it was very small and consisted of two doors which closed together and formed the shower cubicle. The service was top notch as you can expect and the location close to the motorway made it a perfect pit stop for a single night on our Tour De Jutland.

Good transit hotel to just stop at to sleep or work. Good office space in the room.
