Quite ok room, needs upgrading of fixtures. Lots of limescale residue in the shower which looks less nice

The customer Service in this Hotel was one of the most amazingly friendly me and my husband had encountered, everyone from the staff at the reception to the breakfast staff amazing!!!! The locations was peak super good close to everything walking distance the tivoli park literally in front the trains is minutes walk we love the locations The room that was the only downside the room size was very good but our room i think was close to a cinema because at the moment of sleeping We literally felt we were sleeping at the cinema we could hear all movies realy clear xD But with all that the staff was so cute sweet and amazing that me and my husband we will come back only for the amazing customer service:)

The hotel's location is very good. The hotel is old, but the room I stayed in was good enough. It was much better than I expected. The breakfast room and breakfasts were wonderful.

Large hotel, opposite the Tivoli Gardens. Very centrally located, allowing you to walk to all the sights. We had a very quiet room facing the courtyard, which is why we barely heard the faint police sirens from the street. The room was clean. Everything looks clean on the surface, but upon closer inspection, it needs a thorough cleaning, especially in the bathroom. But we've noticed this in other hotels as well. The bathroom has a glass door that doesn't close particularly quietly. While standing in the bathtub, there's not much room for the overhead shower (I'm 162 cm tall). The water alternates rapidly between hot and cold, with no consistent water temperature. It's important to note that the town hall is directly across the street, and there's a carillon ceremony there. The bells ring every quarter hour, and then additional bells ring on the hour. There's a break from midnight to 8 a.m., so you can sleep. Conclusion: A lovely hotel; I would book it again.

The hotel is in a very central location. Being within walking distance of the city's landmarks and close to public transportation like the metro is quite advantageous. It's an older, high-quality hotel. A friend of mine had a technical issue where the bathroom door wouldn't open in her room. Mechanical malfunctions are common in hotels, and I was told the technician would arrive at 9:00 AM. This was a bit unsettling. Otherwise, all the hotel staff were friendly, polite, and helpful. However, due to the hotel's policy, rooms are not cleaned unless requested. No one enters the room without your permission, or rather, without your request. Whether you consider this a positive or a criticism is entirely up to you. During my bed and breakfast stay, I found the breakfast quality and menu variety above the average for European hotels. Generally, breakfast in European hotels tends to be a "snack" or "flash," but my only criticism is that despite being a Nordic country, and even a salmon country :), there was no salmon at breakfast. Unfortunately, the protein choices were eggs, sausage, pork, and turkey. The lack of salmon and other fish products was a bit of a letdown. Also, for Muslim customers like me who are sensitive to pork and halal products, having halal food options would be a plus. It's a clean and decent hotel that I'll definitely stay at again on my next visit to Copenhagen. I'm also sharing the outdoor view from my room. I thought it was beautiful.

Charming but somewhat dated hotel. The breakfast is very good and the service very friendly. At first glance, the location is ideal, facing the Rådhuspladsen, but it turns out to be very noisy with concerts in the square and no double glazing.

Great location of the hotel, some things are a little outdated. Isolation to the outside excellent and very quiet, except for the Italian room neighbors who shouted at each other at 00:30. But that's not the hotel's fault. We can't rate the service as there isn't really any unless you book it. But all in all we had a great stay

The hotel is centrally located on Rathausplatz. About a 10-minute walk from the train station, and the pedestrian zone is just around the corner. The town hall clock strikes every 15 minutes. The hotel's interior feels like it dates back to the early 20th century. It has a small reception. We had a room on the first floor with dark hallways. Room service trolleys were left in the hallways all day, and there were pieces of broken doorstops lying on the floor. Room service is only available upon request, which I find outrageous at this price point, especially since the service is "limited," meaning the bathroom is cleaned but beds aren't made.
