Scandic Silkeborg Silkeborg

We were just staying in Silkeborg for a single night and chose this lovely hotel. In general, decoration, furnishing, location and service go into a higher unity. The staff are so 'on' and the breakfast is top notch with pretty much everything the heart could desire. Probably not the last time we come here. PS We came to see BSH play at home against GOG. BHS lost, sigh, but the hotel can't do anything about that after all ;-)

Attended a conference. The room is ok, the food was acceptable, without being ostentatious.booboo

Super beautiful Scandic hotel surrounded by fantastic nature in Silkeborg. A delicious and tasty breakfast is served in the morning, which is included in the stay. The hotel has good rooms in different categories. Strength training and swimming are available at the hotel. The employees provide courteous service and you feel welcome as a guest, so can absolutely recommend visiting the hotel, regardless of whether it is as a business traveler or private.

Friendly staff and helpfulness. Breakfast very good, but a single evening meal very very salty/inedible. But most importantly: ask if there is a party in the house and ask for a room far away from the party premises. Experienced 14/9 a very big wedding, band with loud music that only allowed us to sleep after the party ended. Poor logistics to give us rooms so close to the party.

Hotel is decrepit and the bottom floor smells somewhat moldy. Door to the bathroom remained closed at all times due to the smell of the sewers seeping into the room. Kids were not rarely running and screaming outside in the halls and the acoustics were not great. Good service and amazing location close to the lakes. However, not worth the (my) money.

I stayed overnight with my mother, we were there for two nights.🌜 Super nice hotel, good breakfast also nice dinner, is a bit expensive though. ☀️ The room was clean, but could use a loving hand, as there are scratches. 🤗 Super easy app, for checking in and out.☺️ It's a short distance to the town and grocery shops, super cozy with forest "all" the way around. 😏🌳 We should have had dinner the day we arrived, but you had to reserve a table and this was not indicated in some places, but we ate there on day no. 2. 😉
